I've been wearing my belt for several months. I'm loving the adjustable sizing and being able to tighten then adjust to get the right size is awesome. I just recently noticed that my belt is splitting between the layers at the ratchet portion. Looks like the layers have separated all the way through (it's still attached at the tip and in the main part of the belt.
Is there anything I can do to repair or replace this? Thanks!
I've had my belts for some time now - purchased two. I'm very pleased with them. The quality of materials seems pretty good and I like the gimmick - ratchet belts are so easy to adjust on the go!
I've had very little marking of the belt and the buckles are spot-free. I've had another, normal, belt for almost as long and it's already starting to split.

@ Nash Birnholz - Glad you love your Express belt. The other belt you're referencing is made of vinyl and the buckle is so cheap the one we purchased broke in less than a month. You wouldn't love that belt.
I love my belts, but geez...look at the price difference.
Just wanted to let you know how tough the belt is ! I'm an arborist aka tree guy . i had a family work week, planed on Xmas vacation. to help out my wives family, with trees on there 4.9 acres. she had packed my clothes for me but only packed my Trakline Belt, for ALL of my clothes. well after 6 days of foul weather rain and 40 deg cold weather up 20+ 60 ft trees. I trimmed about 175 trees total ! by myself . my belt held up like a CHAMP ! I thought it would be ruined NOPE ! I usually wear a cheap leather belt at work, due to probablity of damage . thanks Karl for an awsome product .. Joe Rapanut ISA cert arborist/tree worker .

Hello guys, I have backed your project and I see that you have been shipping belts. I have never received any notification or tracking information. Have you shipped it yet. I see many people stating that they are not receiving the shipments, so that makes me worry that I might not get the belt. Who and where do i contact to look into this shipping.

I received my belts today. Thank you. Great looking belts as expected.
However, I have noticed the marking on the belt says Genuine Leather. I thought these belts are made up of Top Grain leather. As I have known, they are different types of leather. Kindly explain the markings on the belt, why is it not Top Grain Leather which is of higher quality, instead it has only Genuine Leather on it.

Just received the replacement belts for the original ones that were lost in the post.
They look awesome, thick leather belts, loving the ratchet system. Hope it stands up to wear, thanks Karl and team for the customer service, the product looks as if it is worth the wait!

@Sandeep - No, actually both shipments were handed off the the Indian Postal Service and were either lost, or for some reason not delivered. We understand your frustration, but unfortunately, shipping the belts a 3rd time is not something we can afford to do.
I love my belts - I got a chance to use them on holiday properly, swapping buckles and belts between different trousers that are different thickness material. It's just great how these belts ratchet tight (or, after a large meal, loosen) to such minute degrees. It's a brilliant invention and I'd be watching out for the copycats before long - good luck keeping them at bay!
It was resent again because it was lost in America as per your own response and I am not sure how both packages will still manage to reach me if you have sent them twice as you said.

@ Sandeep - you're forgetting to mention that we shipped your order 2X's at our expense. According to USPS the first shipment departed Los Angeles and was transferred to the Indian postal service on Aug. 26. It is still listed as "in transit". Then we RE-SHIPPED your Express belts a second time at our expense. That shipment departed Los Angeles on Sept. 24 and again was handed off to the Indian postal system. Again it appears to be "in transit". It is entirely possible that one or both of your shipments may still show up. If not - we can not be expected to ship your belts a 3rd time. Thanks and good luck.
Never received the package and got the most frustrating response for my email to locate the package myself in my country when the shipment status is still showing that it never left America!!!

@Larry Roh - good news - the Express buckles and belts can be used with ALL of our stainless steel buckles and standard width belts (1.4").

Hello, upon closer inspection of my belts, I noticed that they are labeled "Genuine Leather." Why aren't they the Top Grain leather that you advertised? I noticed that you changed the description on your website to Genuine Leather.
Finally i got my Express Belt here in Austria. it was Held 1 month by customs and i had to pay 20€ (24USD) because the value declared (0.01$) was "suspicious". Next time better go with a real value.
Anyway, its a great belt (as my other from 1st campaign) and a really fantastic product!

@ Ng - I would not recommend dying the belts. We have never done it and can't give you any recommends on that. Sorry.
@ Chad - Sorry for your dismay and the situation, but we did verified it and according to the US Postal Service your belts were delivered on Sept. 3rd to your parcel locker. It should be noted that you alerted us on Sept. 14 - almost 2 weeks after this fact even though you had the tracking number and knew when they were delivered. And no we did not pay to insure any of the 7,000 packages. Our previous emails we were merely asking you to check with your postal carrier and post office to assist in locating the items. We've had several folks in the same situation and they located their parcels. We will move to remedy the situation in a positive way. Thanks.
