How many pumps does it take to reach 100 PSI?

A:  100-120 depending on the size of your tire and tube takes a few minutes of pumping. its hard work.With iPUPM MICRO every drop of air you pump ends up in your tire. 100 % efficient. Otherwise it is impossible to get to those pressures. But basically the iPUMP is for saving you when you get a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. And 60-80 psi is easy.Shipping is free.

The yellow hose material and strength

the yellow hose in incredibly strong. its made of polyurethane tubing which is extremely strong.  Transparent, flexible, resilient, tough; resistant to oils, greases, and fuels. Extremely resistant to weathering tearing, impact, radiation, and abrasion, resistant to a wide range of temperatures: -95°F to 185°F (ester). Ether-based material is listed by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF 61) for use with potable water. Contains no plasticizer which could cause flow contamination or tube hardening. Can be heat sealed, coiled, fabricated, or bonded.
