Hello Backers!

Thank you for backing us and for your patience on our project so far.

International shipping completed

We are happy to announce that we have fulfilled all shipments to our international backers, with a few exceptions where we are still struggling with addresses.

The feedback on the knives has been excellent so far and we could not be prouder, overwhelmed to read all your positive comments.

As expected, there were a few errors in configurations, a few items damaged in shipping, but we have sent/ are sending replacements.

US shipping update

For our US backers: we apologize for making you wait a bit longer!

Our shipment through UPS cargo should have reached LA early this week, and your packages cleared and dispatched. Unfortunately for us, it is taking longer than expected as these things don't happen on direct flights, but follow cargo routes.

We are hoping that we will receive it in the next few days, at which point we send out all packages and email you the tracking links.

Apologies for the delay again & Thank you for your patience

Regards,

Bassel & Akos

Received a tracking number a week ago and today is the delivery date, but the fedex link says the package has yet to ship only the shipping label has been created.

I received my knives, just in time before I left the state. The chef’s knife is quite comfortable. Sharpness is like my Tojiro DP3, or my Kasumi (though more comfortable than my Kasumi.) Feel like the same handle type doesn’t work as well with the small utility knife, but will keep using and make another comment later. Good job though! I like that I had quite a lot of information about the knives, so I could make a good judgement as to whether it’s a good knife or not, without seeing or demoing myself. Made me buy even though I really, really don’t need any more knives. If you Kickstarter again, maybe a few more regular updates would keep backers from thinking it’s a scam, etc.

How much longer before we have to wait to US shipments?

I have received my knives and received a replacement for one that was damaged in transit.
These are the sharpest, nicest looking and feeling knives i have ever had.
The end product justifies the wait. Well done.

This is a freaking joke!! We’re three months past when we were supposed to get them. I get minor problems but this is a joke! All of us that have had to wait so long should be compensated in some way! The customer service is garbage!
