My name is Paul & I launched Cocoa Hernando in Spring 2013, around a year after an incredible journey on an old train across Southern India, where I spent most of my time staring out at the beautiful tropical landscapes, chatting warmly with fellow passengers & having my first ever cup of Masala Chai tea.
