What a Ride!

Hi Everyone-

We wanted to take the time to thank everyone for their wonderful support of us on this incredible journey.  Though we failed to reach our financial goal, we won immensely in so many wonderful ways and we want to express deep gratitude for those of you who backed our project, followed our progress and gave us feedback.

Here are some of our highlights:

First, we gained fantastic validation of the problem we solve.  People came out of the woodwork to thank us for inventing a solution to their problem and we're listening.  While cyclists agreed that the overhead collision is topic for conversation at just about every group ride, people also chastised us for thinking too narrowly.  We heard harrowing tales of crashed kayaks, luggage boxes and indeed, whole garage doors that needed replacing.

We also got tremendous feedback on how people want RoofBrain to be.  We know now that a redesign of the case is necessary and some helpful tweaks on the operation are in order.  Thanks to this fantastic feedback, we're able to make changes before we make big mistakes in the marketplace.  We're listening and we're changing.  For that, we pulled our marketing efforts of this kickstarter campaign back while we rethink the product.

So while we didn't reach our initial goal here, we are still looking forward to a bright future with RoofBrain.

Cheers and Happy Holidays everyone,

Jenean and Lee

Hi Everyone-

We just wanted to wish all of our friends in America a very happy Thanksgiving.  And for those of you lighting candles a very happy Hanukkah.

We're so grateful to be on this journey and are thrilled that you're all along for the ride.

With Gratitude,

Jenean and Lee

What's Your Graveyard Story?

Hi Everyone-

We listened to your feedback and changed our video to add a more direct explanation to the end of the RoofBrain Man one.  We hope you like the changes.

We're also starting to see some good press from the blogosphere out there.  Thank you to all of you who are touting RoofBrain to the world.

What's been so mind-boggling to us the the high volume of stories we've heard about how you've crashed your bikes, kayaks and gear boxes into low overhangs.  We call them Graveyard Stories and we want to share them with everyone.  So add a comment with your story and pictures and we'll post them in our updates.

Cheers,

Jenean and Lee
