Update #43 Fulfullment update.

Posted by tre manor (Creator)

   Hey Everybody,

Again I apologize for the lack of updates recently. I am working very hard to QC, sort, bag, store, and ( where I can ) pack and ship the items as they arrive in hand. There was a significant set back in production. Ed used a new rubber type for the molds for several parts which had to be baked a higher temperature than what is normally applied. This caused a significant degree of shrinkage which made the parts I received unacceptable. Ed and Brian are currently working to correct the problem and get the new corrected castings to me as fast as possible. As far as I am informed Ed has already remade these molds and this week will be concentrating their efforts to get the Horses cast up and shipped to me. As soon as I communicate with Ed as to where we stand on each individual part.

I do very sincerely appreciate your patience with me on this. Ed, Brian, my Wife and I are all working very hard to get all of this sorted and fulfilled.

   Cheers,

   Tre'

Update #42 Fulfillment update

Posted by tre manor (Creator)

  Hey Y'all!

Sorry I have been quiet for a while. Ok I just got a nice BIG box of stuff from Ed. In it were some of the hordesmen sets and the Armoured Elites set. I will be QCing tonight like a mad man and packing orders all day tomorrow in the hopes to get as much of these beauties out there as possible! Ed also informs me that he has made the Riders his 1st priority this week. Once those molds are done we will be int he home stretch. I am going to do whatever I can to make sure as much of this stuff as possible gets out by Christmas.

Also an update on the wolves...... As it turns out they don't fit well ona 300 mm base from front foot to back foot either so I can either ship them with 40 mm bases or wait for the delivery of the 25 x 50 pill bases that Ed has underway right now. That is up to you entirely.

  Cheers Everyone!

Update #41 State of fulfillment and manufacturing update

Posted by tre manor (Creator)
Hey Guys, sorry i have been so quiet....

OK right this minute the only complete sets that I have are the Aenglishmen, the Undead and the Wolves. Now the Wolves were originally intended to go on a 30 mm round base, BUT the 30mm rounds I ordered were lipped instead of the regular unlipped types so I sent them back. Now I am trying to decide between making my own pill bases or ordering woodcut pill bases to go with the Wolves.

I COULD base them on 40 mm rounds but they just don't look right. Other than those 3 sets I also have all of the lesser varp models, BUT no weapons for them. I have Morgrimn and COnradt's waiting poses but no warp forms yet. I have the keeper, Fenris, Whistelock, and Robert and Blutulf, BUT Blutulf has a quality issue with a mold line that runs along the forehead but caused a slight distortion of the head, so that is being fixed.

I am really VERY sorry for how long this is dragging out but Ed, Brian and I am all working very very hard to get this finished and RIGHT.

Thank you all for your patience with me on this. I assure you that there will be a rather large amount of packages going out next week as Ed informed me yesterday that he will be shipping the hordesmen, the weapons for the Varp and the Gynnade on Friday of this week.

  Cheers Y'all,

Update # 40 Long over due update

Posted by tre manor (Creator)

Sorry for the recent lack of updates guys. Just been really busy trying to wrap everything up. I just wanted to post to say that I got a nice big box of wolves yesterday and a few other odd bits so there will be even more packages going out today. There seems to be a consistent problem with the Blutulf model and Ed informed me yesterday that the head of the musician shrank in the production mold so I have to resculpt the head and then that model will be remolded.

The first effort at the standard was not good so I started over. Other than that all sculpting is done and now it is just a matter of the moulds being finished and corrected as needed.

I am really very sorry that this has dragged out as long as it has but I assure you that Ed and Brian and I am are working as hard as we can to get this all finished properly and into your eager hands. Thank you all so very much for your participation and patience with me int his process. and please do post your thoughts as you receive your packages!

For me now it is ON TO A NEW PROJECT!!!!!! A very long awaited personal ambition of mine.

WOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

Cheers y'all

Update #39 Conradt Warp Form finished and Cavalry WIP updates

Posted by tre manor (Creator)

  Hey ya'll,

Sorry for the silence lately. I think I definitely over estimated my ability to get the Horsemen done by the End of October. I WILL have them finished this week but it may be a little while yet before Ed can get them molded. Ed informs me that ALL other masters are done and that he will be casting and finishing production molds for several other items this week. The only items waiting now are the Standard bearer ( I need to make some adjustments for the sake of production reliability that will see that figure being much more modular than originally anticipated. ) the Musician's horn ( I have to change the shape of the horn from curving around his back to being more of a one handed horn type insturment. ), And then the Conradt Warp form, horses and hel rider parts. The COnradt Warp form and horses which are finished will be headed to him today and I SHOULD get the last horse and all of the rider parts finished by friday.

In the Mean time I have here some pics fro your approval. Hope yo uliek the way Conradt developed. I sure as hell do! ;)
