Update # 90 ......At long last....... LAST. PACKAGE. SHIPPED.

  Hey everyone,

Finally. Finally, Finally. We have shipped the last package for the fulfillment of this kickstarter.

2 years too long. Too little too late for many. We stretched the patience of many or most of you far too far for far too long. Those of you whom we have lost in that time I am truly very sorry for the way that this campaign developed and I do truly wish there were some way we could make it up to you.

Those of you who have stuck in there with us through all of this I can never accurately express my gratitude to you. But I CAN assure you that NEVER, never, never again will your patience be stretched in such a way again. I spent 4 years building a reputation for swift and sure service and reliable communication, prompt delivery and assured high standards of quality, only for that reputation to be all but destroyed in the course of fulfilling this campaign. It is my mission in life to rebuild that reputation and to re-earn your trust and confidence.

Without my lovely and very supportive Wife Kristy most of you would probably still be waiting for your packages even now. She stepped up and worked tirelessly to see to it that these packages were packed and labeled and shipped. When I was drowning in the stress and depression, when I was overwhelmed by the enormity of the task she stepped up and made the fulfillment happen. I am lucky to have her and I am thankful for her dedication and support.

Thank you all for your support, and for your patience. Please let us know if there is anything we need to correct or if there is anything we can do to help with any issues there may yet still be.

      Hey Lutz,

Well unfortunately it does seem that getting your package to you has been more complicated than usual. Your package was shipped WAY back at the beginning of fulfillment but apparently never arrived. I am sending you a PM right now to hopefully get this taken care of for you.

Congratulations for sticking with it and getting it done! I bet it's a great relief to have it all behind you now.

Congratulations Tre! I was only a $5 backer, but I've read all of the updates throughout the whole ordeal and I have to applaud you for your persistence and for doing the honorable thing. You've learned a lot along the way and never walked away from your backers even when it got really bad, so your reputation is golden in my book. Now go celebrate!

Fair play to you Tre. I was also one of the people that got my stuff on time, but I've been watching this anxiously for both your sake and the sake of your backers, and I have to say I am impressed with your resilience.

You delivered, I hope it feels as great as I imagine it must. Toasting you with a beer right now, go and enjoy the summer weather.

Good stuff, Tre! Lesson learned, RBG survived, backers got their orders. Have Kristy read these comments here if she hasn't already, Tre, so she get some appreciation too!

Congrats on finally closing this chapter, Tre!

I wouldn't sweat things too much, one difficult project fulfillment (and we all know why) vs how many successful, smooth and awesome projects? Yeah. You're fine, man.

      Cheers to Kristy!

      Good going, Tre.
If there's some good that can come of this, I hope that you can get those Varp Krigare back on the market. They're great, and the bear-skins are more interesting than the previous bare-skins.
Good luck getting back in black!

I got my shipment well on time ( I didn't order any horses ;-) ), so I did not have my patients tested. But I can honestly say that I love you two hard workers for being dedicated to your fans and costumers, for that is a rare thing these days.
Thanks for staying in the hobby Tre.
      And thank you Kristy

    12. Brage97 on June 25, 2014

I love you Tre, but I love Kristy even more for keeping you sane through all of this (and for letting you start new, and hopefully better, adventures even after all this grief and sorrow) You truly are blessed with a wife like that.

Very happy to see this campaign brought to and end and I look forward to the future of the Manors and RBG. Congratulations on the completion of this one :-)
