We have reached our goal early and after putting the power reserve indicator sample parts into the Array K1 watch, we came to the conclusion that our backers deserve the power reserve indicator to be a standard for this model.
So we just skip our stretch goal exercise, making us happy more early by offering the indicator for free. Because this function just makes this watch perfect and as product driven people we have to go for the perfect. (more info see update 12)
At this price point it will be impossible to find anything comparable at Swiss made quality levels with such a spec - so please back us even if we have reached our goal, because it is worth it:

Besides having to own this excellent time piece, there are obviously more reasons to support this project! Its second part is BrandCloud a disruptive sales technology which will change the way we sell and buy products forever, making e-commerce look like an old fashioned idea.
But now some more product - ARRAY K1
Yes we make another watch, which we call ARRAY. Why? Because we can, because people asked us a lot after our last campaign in 2015 and because we need more revenue to build our dream company.
And, again, it will be a typically Swiss made watch. Created, manufactured and put together with our hands, driven by Jonas who is the brain and brawn behind the K1 movement, from development, over engineering, to industrialization.
The movement isn’t standard movement, not even a customized movement. It is a full-blown, balls-to-the-wall, hardcore, Swiss-developed, Swiss-engineered, Swiss-made movement. Everything (and we really mean every single last piece) was developed by us, only for our movement, with latest, state-of-the-art technology like the silicon hairspring, anchor and anchorwheel. Yes, you heard that right. The same material that makes a smartwatch smart, makes our watch tick. You will not find this in many watches, especially not in this price segment.
Our movement is made for perfection. Every part has been redesigned again and again. No fiddling around, no reworking of parts, if it doesn’t fit 100% of the time, we go back and change it. This also means every last part has the perfect finish. Even the ones you don’t see. All brass parts are gold coated, not for beauty, but to improve their mechanical properties.
The rotor we built from solid tungsten. It is a tough and abrasive material, that makes machining it a challenge even greater than titanium. But at about twice the density of lead, it is the ideal choice to help your everyday movements wind up the watch. The next heaviest material would be plutonium, but that might give us some problems with customs.
All this comes in a 39mm stainless steel case with brushed sides. It builds only 10.4mm high making it a comfortable piece to wear everyday. Even though we polished the lugs, we kept all the edges nice and sharp.
This gives you a clean and crisp look, but with both surface types on one piece right beside each other, makes the polish work a real challenge.
The large opening in the front is covered with a concave sapphire crystal, with our logo and a marker for the date printed from the inside.
This time we remembered the dial, but we only covered the outer rim to expose the mechanism of our large date and keep our signature look. The appliques on the dial ring are diamond cut from three different sides and filled with Super Luminova.
Some people might be surprised that this material is, especially in the large quantities we use, quite expensive. Still, we didn’t stop there and filled the diamond cut hands as well. Look at the light refracting on the slightly angled sides. And the result is impressive.
A calf leather strap with our very own, patented buckle rounds off the watch to a both aesthetically and technically pleasing package. And for those who want to dress a bit more casual, we include a NATO strap with every watch.

Building a real watch company is nothing you do in one or two years. We have developed the core asset of a Swiss watch, the movement during a period of 8 years. With this heavy engineering and manufacturing challenge loaded on our shoulders we ran our last Kickstarter campaign, executed successfully and in time. These 122 watches from our last campaign were perhaps the most important watches HORAGE has ever produced and sold.

A wise master could have said this! Indeed this campaign has two sides. A beautiful authentic Swiss watch full of mechanical tech and complication called "Array", AND the wish to build a business beyond Kickstarter, changing the way we sell watches.
The "Day After Kickstarter" - trauma
We love Kickstarter. It gives millions of creatives a chance to start something new. But once the brutal reality of post Kickstarter sales is kicking in, all too often these startups end up becoming one of the millions of "one-hit-wonders" finally staring into the abyss of irrelevance.
Selling and Buying – endless problems

...It happens to us every day driving us crazy!
Where do these problems come from?
The principles of selling stuff through stores were created over the course of thousands of years. All of a sudden the internet and finally smartphones came into our lives creating a parallel universe in which we are always ON, radically changing the way we buy.
It is this fundamental difference in online and offline business models which makes integration close to impossible, letting both worlds just co-exist exploiting each other’s weaknesses.

Risks and challenges
We have successfully executed on our last campaign and shipped in time.
Like all product based Kickstarter campaigns, production delays are the biggest challenge. We plan to spend more time on manufacturing, as we used the feedback from our last campaign to improve further on our product.
Many new movement parts need to be produced and tested before we ship them, but we are very confident that our product has reached a maximum level of perfection and precision now.
