Manu has always loved being in the kitchen since he was a kid. Scrambling eggs was learned at an early age, spending summer's at grandma's house in Dominican Republic.
After enrolling in Culinary school for one semester, Manu got the opportunity of a lifetime to study abroad in Bilbao, the capitol of Basque Cuisine in northern Spain. After three years in school, Manu was on his way back to the states to fulfill his dream of eventually opening his own place.
