About the Film:
Director & writer Dan Speers' upcoming film, Infinite, will take viewers into the future and to the edge of time to a point of ultimate decision. The last man on earth is struggling to not let fear, hopes, and cherished memories control him.
Utilizing the revolutionary Red One camera, and extensive use of green screen photography and constructed sets for interiors of a space craft serve to set this film apart.
Infinite also features the talent of accomplished local producers, cinematographers, artists, and crew. Notable names are visual effects and mold maker, Greg Kochan (The Lovely Bones, Blue Valentine, Bereavement) and set designer, Gillian Speers, who works set design on the show Saturday Night Live.
Locations: We have partnered with Six O’clock Studios in Reading, PA for our constructed sets and green screen studio. Other on-site locations were filmed in Berks & Chester counties, PA.

What the Money is For:
Currently, Infinite is in the post-production phase; filming of the story was completed in April 2011, and we have been working with a team to color correct and edit, compose an original soundtrack, and create computer generated special FX (see early renders here) to bring the footage to life.
Now that the film is nearing completion, all that remains is the hard part: getting the film out there and seen by audiences; a.k.a. "marketing". We can only do that with your help!
Funds raised will go towards:
- film festival submission fees
- marketing kits (posters, press kits, business cards, photo stills, etc.)
- website hosting fees
- materials needed for DVDs
If funding exceeds the goal, additional donations will also be used to help compensate Director Speers, who funded much of the film out of his own pocket. He believes in this film, and so do we.
EVERY DOLLAR HELPS! We appreciate what help you are able to give. On behalf of the entire cast and crew of Infinite, we truly thank you!
P.S. - Kickstarter is a do-or-die fundraiser platform: if we do not meet our goal of $1,200, then we receive none of the donations and you will not be charged for your donation. We only keep the raised funds if we succeed. We chose this platform because we want our only option to be to succeed, as we cannot afford not to. Thanks again everyone for your generosity that will help us to meet the goal!

Director Daniel Speers
Infinite is a short film about human connection and the power of choice, at the end of the universe.
Earth is becoming more unstable for human life, and the human race has sent a space shuttle into the depths of our universe to search for alien life, and a new place to settle. The ship is monitored and run by F-Man, an android of immense A.I. intelligence. This computer has been given the task to search for life, and when found, to wake up the ship’s crew. However, no life was ever found.
Many years have gone by and the ship has reached the end of the universe, or the point of its eventual collapse. F-MAN has grown infinitely intelligent through his exponential learning capacities. At the edge of the universe, amongst nothing, true nothing, without warning, crew member Major Adam Fossy is awakened on the ship, but not by F-MAN. Something is going on at the end of the universe. Something is making contact. Something has awakened Adam, and even F-MAN with his infinite wisdom cannot see it. We are not alone on this ship. But does it matter when there is no longer a human race to save?
