I feel insecure about situation that all of buyers ,who choose delivery option on may, couldn't receive your product until now.

@john lepp - Hey there! Originally we did plan to ship the FormBox sooner but we had to update the design for safety reasons, which pushed back the delivery date slightly. Although we're still on course to ship in the summer and we promise it'll be worth it! ;)

1.Q1. What different sheet materials are shipped as part of the reward?
We're currently in the midst of sourcing the best materials we can find and testing them extensively for the best results. Formboxes will most likely be shipped with a selection of coloured, food safe and single colour materials of different thicknesses. All materials will be bio degradable or recycled.
Q2. how many sheets per different material?
We'll have confirmation of this as soon as we've completed material testing but most likely 10 sheets of each.
Q3: There is no infra red sensor to sense the temperature of the material as we found that they do not work well with the transparent materials many of our users have requested. We have however added some extra features that we'll be announcing very soon.
Q4+5. We originally specced a quartz heater for the FormBox because they are extremely quick to heat up and radiate heat. However, after shipping many testing units around the globe, we realised their inherent fragility and fairly short life span so we're now moving toward more robust ceramic heating elements.

I paid money for a DIY download and you are now saying you never promised it and that you will look into it when you deliver your physical orders. This seems highly suspicious especially since these deliveries are six months in the future. If you are fulfilling orders then you have a plan. I would like that plan now or a very good reason why you are telling lies about your pledge.
