It's no secret that the best brands of olive oil are often out of the reach of the casual home cook because, let's face it, the best brands of olive oil come from the finest olives that money can buy, and are therefore incredibly expensive.
Enter Marco P. Oliver of All Love Oil company, whose terrific blends of extra virgin good stuff cut costs through an ingenious method of preserving the integrity of the product without passing the high overhead onto the consumer. His beautifully carved wooden containers for his olive oil maintain the perfect flavor of the olives, and that means you pay so much less for so much more than what you'd be getting at the supermarket (or even a specialty shop).

FoodNRecipe's Anthony Smith: What's your mission with All Love Oil Company?
All Love Oil's Marco Oliver: Our goal is to take an already amazing and largely loved product and industry to another level... classier more unique level all while introducing those whom are not as knowledgable on olive oil to the industry.
AS: Your Kickstarter boasts that you have seventeen varieties of olive oil. Can you give us some examples?
MO: Lime California Olive Oil,Meyer Lemon California Olive Oi,Mandarin Orange California Olive Oil,Basil-Garlic California Olive Oil,Balsamic and Herb Dipping Oil,Unfiltered California Extra Virgin Olive Oil,Tuscan Blend California Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil just to name a few and always working to blend new ones.
AS: How have you been advertising your Kickstarter?
MO: We have merely let the wonderful fans and backers of Kickstarter look at us and decide for themselves if we are something they are interested in following and backing. A little facebook as well.
AS: How does packaging olive oil in wood help its flavor?
MO: As you seen in the video, the wood keeps the light out. When one uses glass to bottle olive oil, light is allowed to pass through causing the oil to be changed. Not only does the wood keep all the harmful light out, but it provides a great temperature and cool environment for the oil keeping it FRESH.
AS: From where do you get your olives?
MO: The Olives are grown and blended in Northern California "Sonoma" wine country on the Br cohn estate.
AS: What's your favorite way to eat olive oil?
MO: I'm a HUGE cook! I love cooking and use olive on any and everything I can use it on. For fried foods, it's a lot healthier. I pour it on my pastas and of course, my favorite dish-- chicken parmesan!
