Hi everyone, Jemma here! First off, THANK YOU everyone for an amazing first day! You cannot know the gratitude Chad and I have for your kindness and support.  Because of you, we funded in less than 5 hours! And we raised close to $14,000 in 24 with 130 backers. Because of this, the books will be a real thing in just a few months and now we get to start on the fun part: STRETCH GOALS!

We hit our first stretch goal in day one and right now we are well on our way to our second stretch goal. We only need about $500 to get this will get this lovely 8x10 inch print added to every physical reward.

Ultimately, our biggest goal in this kickstarter is to reach our $25,000 stretch goal, which will create a profit margin large enough that Chad can put aside some freelance work for a while and work on our new creator-owned comic "Temerity."

What is Temerity? It's a scifi comic about Taeru, who is very serious, genetically enhanced super-soldier who finds himself stuck with a band of mercenaries traveling the galaxies doing rag-tag jobs. His partner? Naia, a not so serious, sugar-addicted mercenary who plays video games, blows things up, and speaks over 30 languages.

It's going to be a lot of fun, and as you can see from the panel above it will also be very, very beautiful. We are so excited to bring this story to life and share it with you! If we reach our goal of 25k, we'll be able to launch this comic sometime in June.

As always, thanks for your support!
