First, thanks so much to all our backers for your support and love of Indoctrination. All we’ve ever wanted was to make a hilarious game that people like to play, and you’ve shown us that it’s possible.
Over the past week, we’ve spoken to a number of people who have run successful Kickstarters as well as actual Kickstarter representatives—and while they loved Indoctrination, they had a lot of advice on how we could improve our campaign to make sure that we meet our funding goals. Their guidance has been invaluable, and it made us realize that in order to get this game in your hands, we need to make some changes. So, we will be cancelling this campaign and re-launching in a few months. Indoctrination WILL be back!
If you haven’t already, please sign up for our mailing list at http://bit.ly/indoc-ks. We’ll send you sneak peeks of the game, behind-the-scenes looks, and let you know when the new campaign has launched (so you can get in on that first-48-hour special). Or follow us on Facebook and Instagram at @IndoctrinationTheGame.
Thanks, and we’ll be seeing you again on Kickstarter!

The Indoctrination Team
Indoctrination is a fast-paced, take-that style tabletop card game where players compete to build Gods, win factions, and sabotage other players to build the largest following before the end of the world. But more importantly, it's a sometimes offensive, always hilarious gaming adventure where you tear other players limb from limb while competing for the attention of tweens, furries, rednecks, and beach bums. Indoctrination is where fantasy meets reality—and anyone can learn to play in just a few minutes.
Risks and challenges
Indoctrination is 100% ready to go. We have done all the testing and refining to make sure the game provides the most entertaining and enjoyable visuals & gameplay possible. Except for any additions obtained through our stretch goals, Indoctrination is ready to head to production as soon as the campaign ends—so you won't be wondering for months on end if your game will ever arrive.
We plan on printing through Panda Games in order to guarantee the highest quality product. However, they print in China, and our beloved führer has declared economic war on the country—so shipping times are currently in question. As such, we have estimated a delivery time that should give us a decent amount of leeway (though we hope to deliver earlier than stated).Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
