Adults looking to practice a healthy lifestyle, whether to maintain energy or a balanced weight, know that having healthy snacks on hand is key.
While snacking has become an integral part of food culture, driven by increasingly hectic schedules, snack containers for adults have not evolved to keep up with the times. Adults who enjoy healthy snacks throughout the day have to resort to creating their own carrying solutions, which tend to be wasteful or obtrusive, or spend inflated prices on single serve snack packs.
Being snackers ourselves, we wanted to figure out a better way that busy adults could carry and consume their favorite snacks on a daily basis.
After many design rounds and several months, we landed on a final design for Giveler that truly married the form and function we were looking to achieve, creating a unique lifestyle product for today's busy adult.
Features and design detail
- At 6.5” tall and 2.6” in diameter, Giveler is made to fit seamlessly in a person’s hand, cup holder, or bag
- The base holds two chambers of approximately 4 ounces each for a total of 8 ounces
- The base is made of stainless steel which is double walled for vacuum insulation to keep snacks fresher for longer
- The easy to pour flaps are made of 100% food grade silicone and allow easy access to snacks
- The secure lid, which can double as a serving bowl, is made of BPA-free plastic and holds approximately 4 ounces
- The energy providing snack options that can be carried with Giveler are endless – anything from almonds to blueberries or granola, even chocolate (for that mid-afternoon sweet craving)
- All parts top rack dishwasher safe

In addition to creating something that doesn't exist in the marketplace, we want to ensure that Giveler (as a product and brand) can contribute in a positive way. That said, the name Giveler stemmed from idea of the Giving Traveler:
In addition to being unlike anything in the marketplace today, we believe that Giveler can really make a positive difference for both people and the environment which is very exciting.

Risks and challenges
We have a great team in place to ensure that manufacturing trials will go smooth and result in meeting our high quality standards. That said, we still need to complete the final molds and trials before going into mass production with our manufacturing partner.
We do not expect delays, but should there be any issues we will be sure to communicate to our community of backers on the status of their finished product in a timely manner.
