We Are Moving for Good
Thank you all for your responses, due to the high volume of emails and comments we’ve received, and we are in the process of moving to a new office and factory (for better productivity and working environment); we are unable to respond every each of you in a timely manner.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the late response, especially to those who have waited for our reply for more than 72 hours. We are trying our best to reply to all inquiries from home (even at midnite!), our customer service is expected to return to normal next week.
The logistics involved in an office move is usually a lot more complicated than when moving home, as we pre-arranged this move last year, so as the lease and logistical arrangement, thus, it is impossible to reschedule it. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience it caused as we fail to complete the shipment of Firefly before the move. Please see the moving office pictures below:
