Quick Update - International Backers
Want to give a two part update; part 1) all backers, Part 2) International Backers
For those who’ve received the GoPlug gear, thank you for the many positive messages about your products— we’re glad you like them. We’ve tried working out all the bugs in the QC process— For the three or four people having issues with your gear, corrective action is taking place (perhaps not as instantly as some would like). Keep in mind we’re not Amazon; however, we’ve have integrity and will do what we can to correct any mistake.
For those of you having issues pairing the app, I failed to mention the BT light is also a button. It must be pushed when you get to the pairing portion of the instructions. Also, keep in mind you are using a developer version of the app. When Apple approves our app for the app store, regular updates will be sent fixing minor bugs you may find. Still no completion date for the Android App… we’ll keep you posted!
For the International Backers: Your bags are with a 3rd party fulfillment center— they will be sent. GoPlug has called/emailed/skyped, and communicated daily about having your gear sent. We are not happy with their slow approach and will not be using them in the future!!! Additionally, they left for the Chinese New Year before sending your gear… We’ve made our dissatisfaction known and again, apologies for the inconvenience! As they return from the Chinese New Year, your reward should be their shipping priority. I am as frustrated with them as you probably are with us!
Finally, for those of you asking to exchange bag types/colors, we cannot fulfill these requests— sorry!
