      Thanks for getting in touch. Everything thing is Bang schedule. We've recently received our first Drew iteration using the tooled molds. This is supposed to be rough and used to ensure the shape is right. But I have to say if this is the rough I can wait to to see the final off production, because it's already looking amazing.

      We'll be sending out a proper update to everyone on in the next day or two.

      @Tracy we'll be creating a special signed (and numbered if we can get it to work logistically) booklet for the first run of Lamps funded by our KIckstarter.

      @tracey Glad you like the idea. Re your query. We've been about thinking how we can celebrate the first run of original Drew's but can't promise or commit to anything until we're sure it's logistically possible. The Black limited edition will be defo be specially numbered and signed.

      Hi @robert
      Thanks for backing and for the kind words :) Great question, and one we've given serious though as using cedar like we do for the larger versions was our original plan. But apart from the increased cost there are other challenges with cedar. First and foremost the woods softer and more likely to dent during production, the inconsistencies of/ and darkness of the colour are hard to control and sourcing dry cedar in this part of the world has always caused us trouble as it used mostly for outdoor purposes, so is usually stored out side in the elements.

      Hi Michael and George!
      I pledged for one of the early bird Drew pencil lamps. This is a great idea! Would you consider a Drew made from all ( or part) cedar wood? That way it would be a great lamp and aromatic like a real pencil. I'm sure it would increase the price. Maybe as another stretch goal, or another iteration down the road? I see a great future for Michael and George and Drew!

      @Tracey Drew is 47cm/18.5" tall and the Giant HB Lamp is 165cm/5.5ft tall. Thanks for your question,

      @Terence unfortunately we can't offer a discount on the Giant HB Lamps as these are hand made and made to order making them incredibly expensive and labour intensive to produce and impossible to scale up at this stage. Thanks so much for backing Drew though :)
