I've always had a sweet tooth.Since I was a kid I've played with candy making,refining my technique as I went along. I'm an information sponge, soaking up technique everywhere I find it, whether it's from a book, cooking show, or working in someone's kitchen.

I did a stint working in the kitchen at Charles Chocolates where I refined my chocolate technique even further; perfecting my tempering technique and learning new types of treats.

I spent time in Milan, Italy...
