Thanks for helping me get squared away! You guys are the best! :)

    2. Caltrops Dot Com on August 16, 2016

      Hey guys,

I left a message through Kickstarter as well as writing Farsight support. Hoping to get a copy of TZ for my second platform (PC). I'm a little torqued as the messages have been ignored and what I pledged as a Kickstarter amount would have mostly covered just buying the season pack with Twilight Zone in it. In other words, if I hadn't Kickstarted I'd be in a better spot. :/

I really love your games and the work you do. Can you please help me out here?

Hi, I pledged $100 on each of the Kickstarter campaigns for STTNG and TZ. I have the games on my iPad and was wondering how to get them on my MacBook Pro and my PC.

    4. Canadian365 on November 27, 2014

Great news! Pinballarcade is now available on Xbox One for you Xbox supporters!

    5. Julian Murdoch on November 1, 2013

Supposedly this is now being released live on steam. Any idea how to get my copy of TZ, which I funded 18 months ago?

Menu of the PC version is running without a framelimiter or something, making it go at around 2500fps, which means that the table selection and many other parts of the menu is completely unusable because the lightest tap will send the list spinning at light speed.

Hello Backers! Steam-Beta works great here and includes Twilight Zone table and many more (Star Trek, Black Hole, Ripley's to name a few). Game starts in small windows, but FullHD Fullscreen can be selected from options and works fine here. Correct link for beta-access is "beta" with small b here
Only minor issue here is the annoying flicker when switching though tables and the graphics in the menu look very low-res.

    10. ThomasN on August 14, 2013

Just got a mail "The Pinball Arcade Steam Beta" from The previous mail from that address I got at 2012-11-09 which was the pledge survey. In that new mail there stands: "..1. Download the Steam client".
OK, it's now official, I waited 1 year for something I don't want. But hey, at least they are not a fraud.

    11. Julian Murdoch on August 8, 2013

Well, it's now been WELL over a year and still don't have my PC copy. Asked for a refund about 4 months ago, got no response. Yes yes, it's only $10. Yes, yes, Steam this and that. All I know was -- i worked hard to get this funded, got a ton of people involved, and my "expected delivery" of November 2012 is round out at about a year off target. And no meaningful actual official disclosure other than some random forum posts and the occasional "any week now" on facebook.

    12. ThomasN on July 19, 2013

IF they wanted to give us our products, they just jolly well make a backer only update with the jolly well link to the game in it. But the last FOUR updates spanning to last year... they didn't even respond to ANY comments of them.

    13. ThomasN on July 19, 2013

Yes, I know you just want to help. Sorry about my outburst. But clearly FairSight has no intention to talk to us, so your goodwill and giving us communication channels they can again just ignore really just increases our hate.

    14. PiN WiZ on July 13, 2013

@ThomasN...I've never claimed to be a spokesperson or even work directly for FarSight Studios. I'm just a rabid pinball fantatic that backs FarSight 110% in their efforts to bring classic real world pinball to the masses and I hate to see fellow gamers (who also love classic real world pinball or they wouldn't be here) having issues with getting their rewards and merely do what I can to help them out.

    15. ThomasN on July 13, 2013

PiN WiZ: Rosa can manage herself if she doesen't know that I didn't receive anything about my promised Windows version, as apparently have others.
And you, don't pretend to be some kind of spokesman for this company and just fuck off.

Over year... Nothing! Not a word! No table. No apology. (Not that I want it anymore anyway).
Not even the tiniest try to make things right ... Lesson learned. Not that they care...

    17. PiN WiZ on July 6, 2013

Anyone still having trouble getting or redeeming their codes, please contact Rosa at She is FarSight's new community manager and has been doing an excellent job of getting everyone squared away.

    21. Jason Smith on June 3, 2013

I love how Far Sight is keeping us up to date with information about this project.

    22. ThomasN on May 30, 2013

After 3 and a half month delay, it is entirely unknown if the artist is a scam, like in this case, or he genuinely is late.

    23. gryphonent
      on May 24, 2013

Just tried to file a service dispute with Amazon Payments and was told that service disputes cannot be filed after 105 days from the transaction date. Lesson learned.

FarSight Technologies has truly shown far sight in keeping us in the waiting game long enough.

    24. Jason Smith on May 22, 2013

The email I received today (after prodding for two weeks) said that the Wii U version would probably not see a release until the Fall. Not sure that I would be so eager to support any more of their projects.

    25. Mark Keller on May 6, 2013

As we seem to be waiting for the full PC release through Steam again, perhaps FarSight would consider activating some additional free tables for the PC backers, for the long wait?

    26. John k Arpin on May 3, 2013

Any News about the Wii U version as well?

    27. gryphonent
      on April 26, 2013

Will NEVER back a project of Farsight again. Sadly, Kickstarter doesn't provide a satisfaction/rating for us backers. Farsight would probably be at the bottom.

    28. Father Time on April 20, 2013

The people who originally published their games to the 360 went bankrupt so now they have to fight bankruptcy court to get the rights back

    29. Ken Horowitz on April 13, 2013

Six months and still no code! What's going on, Farsight?

    30. Kevin Stewart on April 12, 2013

Very disappointed with the lack of communication about this project.

    31. ThomasN on April 9, 2013

I'm tagging this with "FRAUD" in my internal list. I'll come back next year and forward it to KS admins if at that time I still got nothing and FairSight is still a company.

I'm still waiting for my PS Vita EU copy,
The game is being sold on the market place so why haven't I been sent my code?

Daniel Watson on February 23, 2013

When I EVENTUALLY got a reponse from that guy on those forums he said no timeframe for EU codes and no idea when the XBLA version would be available.

      So that's nice.

    35. Matt Davies on February 22, 2013

Where is my EU PSN code! This is not a good way to treat the fans - silence isn't golden on kickstarter!

PiN WiZ has nothing to do with FarSight, nor does he get more inside information as we do. He just likes to feel important. :)

    37. Steffen Reinhart on February 15, 2013

Does anyone know if the PS3 voucher codes for the EU region have been sent out yet? According to FarSight's last post on that matter they were due early this week. Now it's Friday and I've seen zip so far. I've asked FarSight as well, but their responsiveness is, again, severely lacking...

    38. Stephen Jonke on February 14, 2013

I am wondering if Farsight would let me change my choice of Xbox to PS3. I opted for iOS and Xbox, and the Xbox is in limbo due to the publishing issues. At this point I think I'd rather switch over to the PS3. If you are listening, Farsight, please let me know if this is possible.

    39. Missing avatar

Daniel Watson on February 14, 2013

Sorry Pin Wiz but that's complete bull. They should be monitoring where pledges come from, or AT LEAST monitoring their support email. No response from either.

    40. Father Time on February 11, 2013

Well I got my iOS and PS3 versions of the Twilight Zone + the special balls which is everything. Thanks for the pro upgrade FarSight, and I had no idea the table was this unforgiving but I can't really blame you for that.

    41. PiN WiZ on February 10, 2013

@ThomasN...I'm merely an avid supporter of FarSight Studios and a senior member at the Pinball Arcade Fans forum where I maintain an up to date news thread and post news articles on the front page of the forum. I try my best to get information and help to those who are seeking it. Also, the reason all 2,365 backers do not have their tables yet is because...1) FarSight is still trying to get the PC version of The Pinball Arcade distributed through Steam and in the meantime are working on a special PC build that Kickstarter backers will hopefully receive soon to play the table(s) they supported on. 2) Distribution of content on the Xbox 360 is on hold until FarSight can get all the licenses transferred over from their previous publisher (which filed for bankruptcy late last year) to their new publisher after which they will fulfill their obligations to their Kickstarter backers who chose the Xbox 360 as their platform of choice. 3) The Wii U version will be submitted to NOA and NOE soon and Kickstarter backers who chose the Wii U as their platform of choice will receive their redemption codes shortly before release. 4) The 3DS version is still being worked on, but FarSight is having a difficult time getting the ROM emulated tables to run at a decent framerate due to the limitations of the hardware, so I'm not optimistic about a release on this platform in the near future.
FarSight has not responded much on either of their Kickstarter projects and I'm just trying to put the information out there to you guys, so that you know when and how you can claim your rewards. You can take my advice or simply choose to ignore it...either way, I'm just trying to be helpful.

    42. ThomasN on February 10, 2013

PiN WiZ: who are you? some kind of enthusiast who reads and forwards scraps of infos from there to here? if the versions exist, why do the 2365 backers not have them already, hassle-free via direct download? what did we sponsor, exactly? some company who shits on his customers like all the rest of majors out there?

    43. PiN WiZ on February 10, 2013

@Daniel Watson...If you're in the European market and received redemption codes for the North American market, please PM Rob Mann at and request redemption codes for the European market which should be sent out to backers early this week.
@gryphonent...FarSight plans to send out redemption codes for the Wii U close to the release of The Pinball Arcade on that platform. FarSight will be submitting The Pinball Arcade and add-on content to NOA and NOE very soon.

While I do understand that most of you would like FarSight to respond directly to your inquiries and concerns, I invite everyone to join us at where you can stay up to date with the latest news and information on this project and everything else involving The Pinball Arcade. You can even converse directly with FarSight developers who frequent the forum daily. So, if you have any problems, questions or concerns, FarSight employees and senior members, such as myself, are always ready and willing to address them for you. Please join us!
