... Chicago", Robert F. Kennedy was famous for saying after winning the 1968 California primary. Only, RFK never made it out of the Ambassador Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. I mention it, not to make light, or be flippant, about a tragic, horrific incident in US history, but rather because it's symbolic of what our film's about.

In our screenplay, we also have our fictional President traveling through a Hotel kitchen and while he makes it to his destination and 'briefing', his Presidency, like many others, never quite gets off the tarmac, so to speak. Yes, both JFK and RFK were killed literally, but how many ambitious Presidential plans and policies were killed before ever having the chance to be implemented? Is it is possible Barrack Obama had different ideas about Financial reform, before his cabinet became stacked w/ ex Goldman Sachs exec's? Maybe, maybe not, but we'd like to explore it in as fascinating a way as possible.

Today, we have many people to thank, and SO WE THANK YOU ALL!!!! Today Scott Gallegos and Jonathan Marlow put us over the top with the help of Joan Alexandre over the weekend, and Mom:) and so many others... We still have some time and intend to use any extra funds to take a bit more time in the edit, color correction, better and upgraded audio editing, and some buns for those hot dogs for the crew meals:) LOL! Actually, we'll find something a tad more nutritious.

Thank you again and more to follow...
