Our National Team arrived yesterday and our extraordinary musician, Jesse Manno http://www.jessemanno.com/ arrives this morning! This creative force of people and Missoula are like long lost friends finding each other again. It is going to be ONE. BIG. EXPRESSIVE. FIESTA!
We have been working with a local cast since February and to fold in 10 more people from around the country who do Turning the Wheel work in schools, nursing homes, community centers, dance studios and parks as a labor of love in their cities is an extraordinary fusion of love, creativity and community.
Our world right now: teens working to iron costumes and help with set installation, local tech, lighting and sound crew troubleshooting to install a huge grid from which hundreds of crystals will hang, team meeting to begin the day's rehearsal, Lulu hunched over her computer communicating with you, preparing housing for out of town guests, cast lists, and designing the program, and caffeine - most everyone has their hands wrapped around a warm cup - o - whatever their preference.
We want YOU to experience this community built on art and expression!
THREE. MORE. DAYS. Is it possible to get there? (of course it is and it's largely because of you).
