Hi... I saw that the red denim arrived at the beginning of April, and the most recent update looks like most of that was shipped already. I checked on backerkit, and mine still has no tracking. Can I please get an update?
Nichole, there are two valid cred cards on file. Lesa is refusing to refund my pledge. YOU broke our contract YOU need to either refund my pledge in FULL or deliver my bags.

I am upset with the amount of time it has taken to deliver the order. I hope it arrives soon. If it doesn't, it will be a year since I ordered the bag. I loved my original bag, but it fell apart after a year of use. I have never spent that much money on a purse and never will.
Sandi, to answer your question, Sashmania groups have received pledges. Your group’s pledges have been taken over by us, as you know. I’ll send you a screen shot of the error we’re getting when we try to refund you.
Nichole Macdonald, please issue a refund of my sashmania pledge. I am completely disgusted and disillusioned by this very poorly run campaign and sashbag in general. Tired of the lack of proper communication (scripted emails), the prolonged delays in delivery, the refusal to ship bags in a timely manner forcing big backers to wait until fledgling bags come in, making your customers pay for sashbags poor planning and mistakes.
Please issue the refund as promised

My concerns are addressed to sash and or nichole macdonald and not to you. Save your fomenting for your tatoo artist or something. There is no reason for you to engage me at all so please just stop.
As for sash, i will happily go away if/when i recieve our sashmania bags or a refund.

Have ANY of the sashmania groups recieved their bags yet? What is going on with our sashmania order? Why do we keep hearing "the bags are coming" and they never do??? We have one leopard bag in our order of 24.. is that what we are waiting for? I have reached out by email.. a number of times already.

Thanks so much for the update! Our Sashmania group is eagerly awaiting the rest of our bags. The ikat bags are GORGEOUS. I'm so glad I ordered three of them personally, although I can't remember what they looked like. LOL. I remember I wanted the Elizabeth, but it was sold out, so I have the Sarah, Lesa and Leah coming instead. Overall, this has been an awesome experience, and I will totally back the next Kickstarter. Can't wait to see what y'all come up with!
Apparently I have offended some here based on their feedback. It is not my first time purchasing sashbags which I love and I have been anxiously awaiting their arrival. I APOLOGISE for offending you. This is my first experience with Kickstarter. I was basing my comments off my specific order which according to update 32 had arrived in Canada Feb 27. I dont feel I did anything wrong by being concerned about the delay in shipping if they arrived in Canada 7 weeks ago. I regret posting any of my concerns. Again SORRY.
If you think you “ordered” a bag, please never, EVER back another Kickstarter project.

Are you even reading these updates?? Reading how Nichole and team are taking EVERY measure to ensure your bags are PERFECT??? Reading Kickstarter terms to even understand WHAT you signed up for?? Realizing you did no "order a bag" or "buy a bag"/ Understand that no other Kickstarter project communicate to their backers so often? No other Kickstarter offers the option for MONEY BACK??
Try a little gratitude. It's good for your soul.

I had seen a photo of my merlot extra expandable purse but seeing it today was awesome! Well worth the wait. Excited to see my indigo cheetah when It finally arrives!
I just want to remind you all it’s high five day so I hope you all high🖐‘d each other for the incredible job each and every one of you are doing! I don’t mind if my bags take another several months-I really don’t. I’ll just enjoy them even more when they’re here. I scrimped and saved at the time for my 2 bags while paying divorce lawyer bills. These are my freedom bags and I thank every one of you and those who sewed them, transported them, had anything to do at all with them. You’re all incredible!!!
Thank you so much for the update!! Looking at all the gorgeous new bags, I kinda wish i had ordered some more bags other than the Navy EE I ordered. Still waiting for it, but seeing all the boxes everywhere that was received recently and all the boxes still waiting to be shipped out to all of us waiting, really makes one realize what a massive campaign it was with so many options. I knew that, but seeing it drives the point home. Thank you Nichole & all of the Sash team for all your hard work. Waiting patiently & thankfully.

I hardly ever post, but just want to say that you guys have done an amazing job keeping everyone updated and dealing with the avalanche that happened once everyone realized what a TREMENDOUS opportunity this campaign was!! I would back you again, any time, any where, because y’all are a stand-up company and those are few and far between nowdays. I had never heard of Sash or backed a Kickstarter before, but with THIS company...count me in on the next one!
Seriously, y’all are amazingly awesome with regard to customer service!!! I don’t know exactly how many bags in total were ordered from the Kickstarter campaign, but I’m pretty sure there were over 4,000 backers. That alone is a staggering number. How many of those backers (like me) ordered multiple bags? How many different combos of bags were there? You really created a gargantuan beast of Sash bags this time!
I totally appreciate how often you have sent us all updates and kept us in the loop of where everything was. Sorting out all the orders, sourcing the materials, production, unavoidable delays, and then the bags began to arrive! Oh happy day!

I'm a little confused. You say that those who chose faux bags have to wait even longer, but your Feb 27 update said that the colors I chose (turquoise & sage) were in. So which is it? Are there only certain colors on backorder or are all colors? If it is only black and grey, then when will the other colors be sent out? I would think 7 weeks would be sufficient time.

Considering how quickly the campaign was met and surpassed, you have done an amazing job!
I received my faux gray EES yesterday and I love the neutral colour! The only teeny thing I noticed was the zipper pulls are small and seem very fragile.
The bags are stunning! I have SIX now! My hubby and I have a deal. If I buy more sash bags, he can buy more tools! So I’ve got to wait a little bit. 😊

Thanks for your frequent updates. I am hoping that all the preorders will be in soon as I wanted to exchange my faux leather expanded bag. I mistakenly thought faux leather was like the vegan leather one that I love. I am so looking forward to having the expanded bag soon!

@Louise, this is a valid company, been around over 6 years. This is the 2nd campaign they've done. As the bags are not made by machine, they take longer to make. I waited a long time for my first bag I pledged support for as reward. The bags are quality worth waiting for. Please do not despair!
I received my EE Faux Grey last Friday and quickly realized it was too big for my liking. I have been emailing Sarah at customer service and she has been wonderful. I mailed the bag back to the Delta B.C. office yesterday and have been put on the "exchange list". Yes I waited a long time to receive my bag and I had to pay for the return shipping but it was my decision to order the bag in the first place, using this platform and I totally take responsibility for the fact that it did not turn out to be what I wanted! I have been so impressed with Sarah in customer relations. I also read all the updates and when I watched Nicole's video today was in shock as to how many different styles, fabrics, sizes! What an enormous undertaking this whole project has been. Thanks for all your help and continued updates!!

@Tracy, they absolutely are a reliable company. They don't have to give you your money back. But they will. They are reliable, and it really is a sad loss for you that you cannot wait. It's a shame. Get your money back and move on. :-)
