@JenovaPooh You should be receiving it soon. The last shipment was our largest shipment yet, so it is taking longer to get all the bags out. You will receive an email confirmation when it's on it's way.
@SandraOwen We would be happy to refund you, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform. It's actually meant to be there to get the money for production up front, and then when the product is put into production using the money spent from the people who backed it-- you can get it as a reward and that's exactly is what is happening in this case. We did our absolute best to predict when they would be finished, but there were some things in the manufacturing process that were out of our control. However, the one thing that we did differently with our Kickstarter vs. the majority of other campaigns, is we allowed people to get a full refund.

@Michael R. Leger Since we had over 5,000 bags, about 10,000, with hundreds of different variations, we let you guys know that it would be longer than Christmas. If your bag came in the last shipment, which I think it did, it will be on its way to you soon and you should be receiving tracking shortly. This was our largest shipment so it is taking a bit longer to get everything out.
Again, thank you everyone for backing our Kickstarter. Please be patient for a little longer as we work hard to get you all your bags. Don't worry - they are coming but these are some of our largest shipments so we are working as fast as humanly possible to get them out to you! Thanks for your continued support and we can't wait until everyone receives their bags! :)
is there anyway to track our shipments? im in Canada and had hoped that it would have arrived by Christmas.
@Alizabeth, they are shipping Sage and other received colors right now. There are thousands of them, however, so give them a little time. It's all in progress! :-)
I'm very thankful for all the work y'all are putting into keeping us updated! Does this mean that all the real leather sage colors shipped? Cause I never got an email for my package.

I enjoyed the last campaign so much I knew this expandable plan would be a product I would love! Really enjoying the caramel ees that came a while ago. When the other bags come, it will be great too. I am looking forward to the next campaign XOXO💕🎽🇨🇦

Thanks Nichole! Who would have thought the kickstarter would have taken off like it did! Yes we had to wait longer for out bags people, but what if there was a cut off amount and only a few of us were able to get these bags? Then there would be even more whining. They are doing their best to get them here ASAP. Maybe put yourself in their shoes. They probably want to get all the bags out more than you!

As Lisa said a few days ago, I really think you need to seek a therapist and medical interrvention. Something is very, very wrong with you. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GO AWAY FOREVER.
Nichole Macdonald, to follow up on your previous comment about refunding my credit card, here's the problem. We had a contract and now you want to break it for no legitimate reason except you are mad at me for requesting updates? Blaming me for your production problems is grossly unproffesional to say the least.
As for a refund, the problem is my sashmania group members all want their bags. I have a plethora of emails from them (and other groups) complaining about the way this campaign went down.
As other sashmania group leaders well know, it was no small feat combing our specific customized orders, collecting payment and fearfully submitting or pledge. Now you are asking me to go through the logistical nightmare in reverse? You want to refund my pledge so i can refund the individuals in our group? I am pretty sure they wont be happy with that.
I backed you in good faith, you have the bags ready to ship. Please just fulfill our rewards as per our contractual agreement and we never have to do business with you again.
Nichole does this mean ,that when all the Sash bags , have been shipped ,I ordered a purple classic extra & free Spirt ,that everything ,will be shipped at once in Canada ,even our red gift bag ,with T shirt ect .When everything is ready off. Course , will be so 😀 lost track of things , T y for all your hard work ,with the KickStart !
I ordered a black faux leather expandable bag. We are moving in 5 weeks. Will I have it before then? This is taking foreeeeevvvvveeerrrr.
Good to read this. I was starting to despair.... or wonder if someone had taken my bag out of my mailbox! If I'm reading this correctly, and there are no customs hold-ups, I should be looking for my black denim expandable around the 2nd week of April, right? : )

@ Sandy...we are all waiting for a bag. Mine is one of the specialty types, Your second one must be as well. (strip stitch denim leather)No delivery dates were promised. December was a tentative date based on a number of bags half the number that we ended up pledging for!
Some Kickstarter projects wait years for production. Some never complete. We can count on Sash, even if it's taking some time. Quality takes time.
I love my sash bags. The Kickstarter program was a neat idea or so I thought so. Last year I ordered 2 sash bags and I think delivery was to be on December 3. I did receive my black leather expandable but I am still waiting for my other one. I hope I receive it soon.
So looking forward to finally get my new Sash bag. This will be #3 for me. Yeah!!!

@Barbi, did you read this post? The one you are commenting under? The type of bag doesn’t matter. The bags are manufactured in batches by color. Look at the updates. They tell you everything you need to know. There are 33 of them. All contain information about manufacturing.’
If you read them all and still have questions, email firstname.lastname@example.org. They can’t answer questions here about people’s specific rewards.
I have not seen anything about my bag - expandable fringed. I, too, never thought it would take so long..........
I know I ordered a misty blue leather with fringe for myself but I don't remember which faux leather I picked! lol I have no clue as to color! Well since I haven't received either one, it must be in this last batch!! :)

Marcia, if you picked out a leather black bag, it should have already shipped. The faux leather, about half have shipped so it depends on the style.

Oh, I'm ready, I'm ready! I've received a couple of EE bags, but they're gifts for friends! I haven't play with them yet:) But I've been really distracted by serious health issues that I hadn't planned for... so I'm planning a package opening event. Wine will be located quite close.
That is so great, but when we do send a critique or an opinion or a...oh gee...look here....about the three new bags to sash...it feels like we are mostly just blown off.
Yes! I can’t wait! So excited- I’m getting my first one in the mail today and have 6 of my 7 bags coming in this next shipment. Was hoping Elizabeth would arrive in time for my brother’s wedding in April because it matches my dress perfectly, but I see that probably won’t happen given the timeline.
I have a question though about the color of the red and honey/calico. Will there be a chance to get an update and see a true to color picture of these before they start shipping? I remember from the live video with M in India that you mentioned the red turned out more pink (don’t remember if that was for the leather or denim) and the calico you had looked more like what we expected the honey to look like (based on the pics on the campaign page) and the honey was much lighter. Just wondering if we would have a chance to see a pic and decide before they ship whether we want to cancel if the color isn’t what we expected. Thanks for keeping us updated!

Thank you for keeping us so well informed about where your campaign stands. These bags, that we could design ourselves, were rewards for backing your ‘extra’ idea. Kickstarter is for crowdsourcing an idea. You get rewards for helping to fund an idea. It is not the same as ordering direct from the Sash website. Not. The. Same.
I sent an email for more info but all i got was a link to the update before this. I thought my bag would be shipped as I had ordered the black faux leather extra. Did anyone else order this type? I am so looking forward to getting my bag, but I don't see any more info. *sad face*
I ordered leather merlot squared, my account says I received my reward? I have not. Not sure why it states that. Kinda worried!
