I just read the update for the denim expandable sash. Awesome Thanks for keeping us updated. Looking forward to having it in time for my trip at the end of April. Also, can't wait to see the Free Spirit design in the regular lineup!! I will definitely order that one!! Thanks again.
Any update yet on the Indigo Cheetah? And, I wasn’t able to go to the Sash Bash, were those that didn’t go still getting a goodies bag?

Are you reading the updates? The last batch of bags haven't even shipped yet. They are not mailed by backer number, they are mailed by bag color/material.
It’s 3/14 and I still haven’t heard anything about my bag being sent out yet! Backer 4646

@Morena, you weren't rude. You were perfectly polite. It is still alarming to me how many people back Kickstarters without any idea how they work. Takes all kinds, I guess. :-)
@Robin, we apologize and we understand your frustration but some of the set backs were out of our control. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can issue a refund or switch it for a bag in stock. Whichever will make you happy!

Morena sorry but you are rude. No need for that kind of talk. You are correct it was December. However it is frustrating when your money was taken 7 months ago and still no product. I hope you don’t work for the company because if you do you need some customer service training.
Hi Robin Newman O'Donnell, I don't wish to be rude but October has never been given as a delivery date. I am not sure where you got this from. Originally it was December if 5000 bags were ordered. However it also stated that if more than 5000 bags were ordered, then it was going to be at least another month. More than double that amount were ordered. Yes it can be frustrating waiting for the bags, but please get your facts straight and not spread false delivery dates.
Wow! From originally being told October till mid-March and probably later. Not a happy camper. I will wait for my purse since it's paid for...but seriously doubt I will ever back another kickstarter.
@Ruth, have you read the latest update? The Kickstarter updates have listed all the bags we have left and their delivery dates. :)

Also, you didn't order a bag, you backed a Kickstarter and received a reward. That's how Kickstarters work. :-)
I order my bag in July and still have not seen it .And nobody has told me anything .
Love my sash bag. Can't wait for the expandable sash bag to come here. Want to use it for family reunion in June!!

@Cynthia, are you reading the updates? Or just commenting on them? The estimated delivery date of December 2018 was before the project exploded. The original goal was $28K/29K. They ended up with pledges amounting to $1,019,486. Read all the updates, and you'll know everything you need to know. :-)

Anxiously waiting for my black faux leather sash extra. Feels like I’ve been waiting FOREVER!!
My order showed and estimated delivery date of December 2018. I have emailed customer service and get no response. No sash bag has been delivered. I’m getting concerned. Bummed about the lack of communication and follow up.

Also, RoseMaria, you can’t make changes to your reward now. However, you may be able to exchange your bag and pay the difference, but it depends on what is available for exchange. Something that specific seems very unlikely. But email them with questions.
