@Kim, you didn't order bags. You backed a Kickstarter and received a reward in return. They have not all shipped yet, so you may not have received them, but it won't be too long.
@Heather, yes, a lot of people have received bags. It depends on the color/style you requested. They were never going to deliver in December once the Kickstarter exceeded a million dollars. Email them directly for specific information, but there is nothing to worry about. You will receive your rewards soon.

They haven't even shipped all the bags from India yet. They can't ship your bag if it is still in India. Read the updates for specific ship dates on materials/style.

Black/Brown - Faux Leather - Extra Squared is on this list but Backerkit says the order has not shipped yet. That was 17 days ago. Any update.
I'm so confused. I thought the Carmel leather Classic Sash Bag was in process of being shipped? Is that not the case? As you can imagine, I'm excited to get my bag and will be traveling soon, hence my anxiousness to receive it. :)

How can we get more direct information on when the ones that are "ready to ship" will actually ship?
I have also asked for an update and was just directed back here as well. Does not tell me much. When the shipments are this late you could do a better job of updating people. For instance you could tell us a range of dates when you expect the shipment to arrive at your location.
They havnt shipped yet? Update said shipping soon and that was Feb 13th? Any update on this shipment?

Nichole Macdonald, What is meant by "ready to ship"? Please let us know when they have actually been shipped from India to Canada.
@Barbara - not on this update but the most recent one it says that the faux have been pushed back. The remainder of the faux material is still in process, so those bags will be finished last. So sorry about that mixup! If you missed it, there was a miscalculation in the amount of faux leather needed for production and it came up short so we had to reorder more material, which pushed those bags to the back of the line. When you say “ready to be shipped” do you mean *ready to be shipped to the United States* or *already at the Sash store and ready to be shipped to the individual customer*???

Hi Delores. Yes, you can get a refund. But just a note, in the six years we've run our business we've never not followed through with our deliveries. So if you are cancelling because you sincerely don't think you're going to get your bag, please understand that we will sell your bag to someone else when it comes in. If you are just tired of waiting and don't want your bag anymore, then you might not care about that. Just don't want you to be disappointed when you see everyone else get their bags. You can cancel by emailing us at email@example.com.
And I'm about to post another update on the rest of the styles so look out for that in a few minutes. Woohoo!

Sure hope my faux leather turquoise extra expandable ships prior to the honey. I know calico & honey will be the last ones to go out, but hope I don’t have to wait til then to receive the turquoise. But if I do, I’ll remain patient 😔
