About this project
Limerence Magazine is an online magazine dedicated to bring you current information on the indie culture. We are an committed to bring indie artists into the limelight and show the public there's much more than just what mainstream has to offer. Together, our small team has already featured indie artists such as musicians VanJess, author Karen McQuestion, and fashion designers from Lost and Loveless clothing. Our goal is to be the number one resource for the indie culture, but to do that, we’re going to need a little help. Our team is passionate about the indie world and spreading the word of dedicated artists. Each week LimerenceMag.com features several articles and interviews to keep you informed. Every month we release an emagazine with exclusive interviews, reviews and articles. Our new YouTube channel has been used for spotlighting face to face interviews and indie news. The Limerence team is a group of ten talented people. Horace Mingo- Webmaster Cheryl Mingo- Cooking Columnist Lawanda Johnson- Music Columnist Tiffany Lovering- Literature and Parenting columnist Whitney Philson- Fashion Columnist and Comic Review Andia Limon- College Life Dakota Yardley– Comic series And a few interns for fiction series, and other lifestyle articles. For the past year, our team has been working on a volunteer basis and have managed to continue our efforts to bring you the latest information in indie news. As our readership continues to grow, so does the demand on our team. We are seeking your help to make needed improvements to Limerence. We would like to expand our website with a revolutionary design, and eventually we would like to bring Limerence to the newsstand with a print version of our magazine. We hope you will consider helping us to keep Limerence strong and to make us the number one resource for the indie culture. With your help and the dedication of our team, we can make Limerence grow to its full potential.
