Why do I need to fill in a pledge manager:
Simple, we need a pledge manager to collect the shipping fees if any, as well as your delivery address. We cannot collect this information during the campaign on Kickstarter. So we kindly ask you to complete the pledge manager when invited to do so by email. If you do not complete the pledge manager in time, you might never receive your rewards.
When will it start:
Right after the funds have been cleared by Kickstarter. It takes about 2 weeks from the end of the campaign usually.
What pledge manager are you going to use:
We are going to work with our usual external service provider: Crowdpilot; It will be smooth and painless.
How can I participate:
You just need to pledge during the campaign. Even 1€ will qualify. Unfortunately, there won't be late access to the pledge manager. So if you want to participate, that's during the campaign!
Will I receive an invitation by email:
Yes, that is how you access the pledge manager. when the pledge manager is ready, you will receive an invitation email. You then just have to click on the link provided to access the pledge manager.
Can I change/upgrade my pledges:
sure, you can upgrade or change your pledge during the pledge manager. The pricing/conditions will be the same as the one during the campaign
Can I add handles or caps or additional pledges:
Yes, you can add any number of caps or handles. Conditions will be the same as in the pledges.
Can I add Wet Palette, brushes or nippers to my pledge:
Yes, during the pledge manager, you will be able to add all our products to your pledge. Conditions will be the same as in our online store.
Can I split and ship my pledge to different addresses:
No, unfortunately, shipping will be made to one address per backer
