Additional Units

Posted by Sean Connell (Creator)

Hi Kickstarters,

I wanted to provide some information regarding the manufacturing process and the next set of units. I spoke with the manufacturer yesterday and was informed that 1900 units are currently being plated  with an estimated ship date of 3/15/14. We have another 1800 units that are currently being polished with an estimated ship date of 3/25/14. Here are a couple pictures from the shop demonstrating the polishing process:

The black coated units are also progressing on schedule. The manufacturer straightened out the coating issues and is getting better results now. I hope to have the units in hand and ready to ship out to the backers by the end of March as stated in the previous update.

Nicolas, that should take care of ALL the non-black units.

Excellent! Have a vacant spot on my keychain waiting patiently for it.

Again, how do you update my shipping address for you Sean. I appreciate your attentiveness to quality control making sure you deliver the best product you can.

Thanks for the update, Sean. Quick question, will the batches shipping on March 15 and 25 complete the orders for non-black units, or are there more remaining afterwards that would be shipped at a later date?
