FINI CUTLERY HOW THEY MEASURE UP
In a word? Well! The same blade length as traditional knives but in a more compact package. Our 10" Chef Knife has the same overall dimensions as a traditional 8" thanks to our smaller handle.
FUN FACT! The above prototype on the left is Peter's first chef's knife that he owned since he was 15. It became the first "Garage made" prototype that lead to the line of knives you see today!
OUR GOAL? Making your life better!
There is nothing more peaceful, pleasurable, or rewarding than preparing a nice meal. It's time away from the hustle and bustle, the electronics, and worries. But so many people look at this part of their lives as a chore, something they have to do because eating is a necessity. Eating should be a blessing. It's an opportunity for you to relax and family to spend time together, talking, and bonding.
It's therapy while you cook, and instant gratification while you eat!
People spend billions of dollars per year on blenders and food processors to simplify their lives. But, over 90% of fresh cooking requires knife work. If you know what you are doing and have great cutlery, it should take longer to wash and unwrap your fresh food than to prepare it.

Even the prototype felt better than my high end cutlery."

We have completed all phases of development including building the tooling necessary for production. We are completely ready to go. We are here to raise funds to meet necessary minimum production volumes. With your help we can produce this revolutionary line of German forged steel knives. We aim to produce and delivery quickly.

Risks and challenges
There are always risks and challenges in every endeavor. By completing every facet of this project except for production, we have greatly minimized every risk. We have used our own funds to bring this project to this point to greatly reduce the risk and also reduce the delivery time.
We have previous manufacturing experience which also greatly reduces but doesn't eliminate unforeseen circumstances. These can include but are not limited to disruption in raw materials, supply line and logistical issues that may be caused by riots, wars, weather events, etc...Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
