@Deborah McKee: I see you answered our survey today; awesome! We'll ship out your SHRU on Monday. ^__^ Thanks for supporting the project.
Never got the product or an email.
@Natalie Tay: Bummer! I think yours was likely lost in the same Singaporean shipment as Yi Kong Chew's. We'll send out a new one tomorrow, and I'll email you the tracking number.
I'm a $31 backer and have not yet received my SHRU! So excited about it. Any tracking URLs?
@Yi Kong Chew: We've received reports of problems with shipments to Singapore not arriving to the end-recipients, very sad. We can ship out a replacement to you via a different carrier. Please email email@example.com with your desired shipping address and phone number. ^__^
Haven't received by SHRU or had any shipping details sent to me. It's been more than a month now. Any update?
@Linda: Hi! We've been in touch with you by email and will send you another message. ^__^ that's the best place to get ahold of us so that the right person can help you out.
Hi Jason, I am still waiting for my refund. Please update.
@RA Showalter: Isn't that just the best name for the silver cat?! Thank you so so so much for your words. We care so much about the kitties (and cat parents) of the world and I'm glad you felt our care. We're going to try to stay off of email/work this weekend! ^_^
@Tae Kim: The silicon sleeve is a neat idea. We'd have to cast a new mold for that. Is that something you'd support in another Kickstarter campaign? Just an idea. :-) Try rolling your SHRU in catnip to entice kitty and form the positive association. Regarding the rattling: Are you able to email us a video of the rattling you're describing? Even a short 3-second video will help us troubleshoot/diagnose. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks!!
Thanks for the update! As I asked in an email, is it supposed to rattle inside the shell?
+1 for some kind of silicon sleeve/case to soften the noise. The static on mine picks up everything off the florr, so possibly another material for either or both shell and case would be great.
Unfortunately, my cat just mostly looks at it. ; (
Ok, first of all -- Bombay Sapphire...awesome name for that gorgeous silver cat!
Next - congrats on getting through shipping all those SHRUs, while also being so super responsive to all of our comments, questions, troubleshooting, etc.
Your sincere commitment to listening to and solving things for each and every one of us AND to continue to process our feedback about improvements for future generations of SHRU are what make this project so much fun to be a part of...and to look forward to further iterations!
Hope y'all enjoy a nice break this holiday weekend! >^.^<
@ Frances Wincek: Hi! Can you please email us at email@example.com with your shipping address so that we can arrange a replacement? Thanks!
I have returned my SHRU and would like a replacement...it had no sound whatsoever (I tried on multiple settings) and VERY limited motion.
@Kristi Arbuckle: The battery life is short and the battery drains in about a day. We have since fixed the issue and are just working on the software to deliver the fix to the backers. In the meantime, just keep SHRU plugged in until you're ready to play! If you have any questions, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
@BRNZ: Really neat idea, and a few people have asked about this. It's not in our immediate plans but we do really like the idea...we'd have to cast another mold for this...is that something you would back on Kickstarter? Just an idea. ^__^
I noticed the battery life is quite short so thanks for the update. I will comment that my floor is laid with vinyl and my carpet is too plush for the SHRU to work on. The problem is the hard plastic of the Shru is REALLY NOISY on my floor and it actually scares my cats when it rolls, and they are too afraid of the noise to play with it so it has been a major fail in my household.
Is there some way to cover the outside with a rubberised layer to offer some sound muffling perhaps?
I love this thing! The cats love this thing! I got it working once and now I can't turn it on again. Gotta go plug it in to the computer and see what's up.
