September Shipment Progress
Hi guys! As promised, we are trying to keep our backers in the loop. We know you are anxious to get your hands on ZNAPS. In the past few weeks, we have been sending out the rewards to our backers. Right now it’s all hands on deck in our office to make sure our backers are getting the rewards they want. Once the rewards are dispatched, backers will receive an email from Shopify to inform you the tracking numbers.
Since we have received a massive amount of address change requests from our backers, we decided to send a confirmation email to all of our individual backers to double confirm their mailing address all at once to ensure that we are sending the rewards to the right addresses. Please follow the instructions in the email to amend your mailing address if needed. For those who have not received the email yet, please check the junk mailbox as it might be classified as spam mail. Thank you to all the backers who have commented in the comments section about receiving your rewards and thank you for bringing up some of the issues you are experiencing with ZNAPS. For those who are experiencing difficulties while using ZNAPS, please check the previous update for troubleshooting procedures or send us a PM/email so we won't miss your case and give you the best assistance possible. Once again, we are sorry for the delays and we are doing everything in our power to get your rewards to you as soon as possible.
