About

I have been creating this game for about seven years,  and I've been have people play for the same amount of time. The first four editions were all handmade by me.  I have only had two people say they didn't have a great time playing it.

It is different every time you play, because of the different laws.  You start at "Welcome to Drunk Town" and make your way around the board until you reach the end and become Mayor of Drunk Town.  Right now, the game comes with the board, 1 deck of Drunk Town Laws, two dice, 1 deck of regular playing cards, and four shot glasses.

It is best played with 4-10 players; but you can also play with partners sharing a game piece.  The game pieces are shot glasses.  Each space is a different game, task, or rule.  Some examples are Rhyme Time, Sentence, Truth, Dare, and Slap.  There are some more popular unique spaces as well; such as Dog Bowl.  There are many options to lengthen or shorten the amount of time you play the game:  such as using two dice or one die.

Below is what the current cards look like.  Those cards have different laws, Mini Games, Masters Cards (Thumb Master), Challenges, and Curses.  These are what make each time you play different.   I have learned that the best way to enjoy this game is to just go with it.  Whatever the rules or spaces have you do, you'll have more fun owning it.

I am asking for money so I can make the final edits to the latest edition, pay off some former edits, and start production.  There are people waiting to buy the product, and I don't want to keep them waiting.  I will definitely appreciate any donations.

These are the cards that dictate the laws you play by.

Risks and challenges

One of the risks that you take in backing this project, may be the patent. It is not clear whether a patent will be granted; I am not sure there is a patent for something similar to this project or not yet. I am in the process of finding that out at the moment.
