In June 2014, we opened up a mobile kitchen pop-up catering company that traveled around to the local breweries and taprooms in the South Bay, CA. A little over two years have gone by and we are finally able to move into a brick and mortar location. We are a family run business and strive to keep strong relationships between our customers in our community and the wonderful breweries that we work with. With that being said, we need start-up capital for signage, uniforms, and kitchen supplies. We take pride in our menu that is all made in house with sustainable ingredients and we want nothing more than to spread our passion through our amazing community. We are also excited to announce that we will be taking over the neighbor favorite spot that was formally Jimmy's Bar and Grill in Redondo Beach which is on the corner of 190th Ave and Inglewood Ave.
Risks and challenges
Our mobile kitchen pop-up catering company has been a success and we are ready to grow! With over 30 years in the restaurant industry we have seen many trials and tribulations and have learned how to overcome these issues.
