As the top executive of one of the world's leading MegaCorps, your task is to improve the brand awareness of your company through the wise manipulation of the 4 biggest Media Conglomerates. Infiltrate their structures and use that influence to your advantage, even if that means playing one conglomerate against the other. After all, the prize is big: The World.
New Corp Order is a euro-style game of hand management, area control and set collection for 1 to 4 players of ages 12 and up. Games last around 30 to 45 minutes.
While set in the same dystopian retro futuristic near-present world of our previous game Peak Oil, New Corp Order is a stand alone game.
All game components are colorblind-friendly!
This time around, we have two editions of the game: the retail version, and the Kickstarter Deluxe version. The retail version doesn't include unlocked stretch goals, while the Deluxe version does include all unlocked stretch goals!

New Corp Order features a rules system that is very simple but offers deep tactical play. You can learn and teach the game in 5 minutes, but it will take you time to master all the possibilities it offers!

During each player’s turn, that player can take one of three possible actions. The key to the game is knowing which action to take on each turn!
Action - PLOT
Plot your strategy by acquiring shares of the Media Conglomerates. Choose wisely, since each Conglomerate owns a number of Companies, and thus this action has a definitive impact on how you play the other actions!
When Plotting, you take 2 Conglomerate cards into your hand. You can take them from the ones available on the display and/or the top of the Conglomerate deck.
Action - INFILTRATE
By laying down previously acquired Conglomerate cards, you infiltrate your Agents in the Companies controlled by those Conglomerates.
When Infiltrating, place a number Agents equal to the cards you played on a Company controlled by the corresponding Conglomerate, reinforcing its presence.
Whenever you Infiltrate 3 or more Agents, you also recruit a Consultant. Consultants are highly experienced, albeit unscrupulous, professionals that will help you achieve your goals.
Action - TAKE OVER
Mergers & Acquisitions happen all the time in the marketing business. However, in New Corp Order you will "guide" the Conglomerates into acquiring the Companies that suit your marketing goals the best!
When Taking Over, tap any number of your previously laid Conglomerate cards. Then, you can move an equal number of corresponding Agents to an adjacent Company, effectively gaining its control and getting a bonus effect.
The game ends when the Conglomerate deck is depleted. Then, players compare their position on each of the Media Conglomerates, and the players with a better position get points according the Companies controlled by those Conglomerates. You can also get extra points by securing your Secret Objectives, and controlling Consultants.

It's a finished & tested game: We've been working on this game for over a year now. The game has been thoroughly tested and perfected until we all felt it was ready for release: besides our in-house testing, the game has been available on PnP form thorough the development process, and has also been present in major Fairs & Events.
- Your pledge actually matters: Unlike other publishers out there, 2tomatoes needs your help to release this game in time for Essen 2018. This is an expensive game to produce, and despite our previous successful games, we need your backing in this project.
Please note that there are no early birds in this campaign, but not all pledge levels include all unlocked stretch goals: the retail version doesn't include stretch goals, while the Deluxe edition includes all unlocked stretch goals.
We value all our backers equally (hence no early bird), and we have listened to our backers from previous campaigns that asked for exclusive goodies (hence the 2 different version of the game).
The Deluxe edition is exclusive for Kickstarter backers! However, due to logistical & production reasons, we will also produce some replacement copies, and we will sell available spares at conventions in very limited quantities. Backing this Kickstarter at the Partner level is the only way that you can guarantee yourself a Deluxe copy of New Corp Order.
If you're a verified retailer, and want to buy copies of the game, please pledge for the $100 reward.This amount will be credited back to you in Pledge Manager, where you can order up to 3 cases of the Deluxe edition ($220 per case) and/or up to 3 cases of the Retail edition ($144 per case). Cases contain 8 games, and all Deluxe copies include all unlocked stretch goals. A pledge manager will be used to collect any amount above your deposit prior to shipping, and the cost of shipping will also be determined in the pledge manager.
While every backer means the world to us, regardless of where you are based in, we can’t avoid the reality: shipping is very expensive and is a cost we all need to share for this project to be successful. However, since we want to do our best, we have included a discount for ALL shipping.
The rewards will be shipped to anywhere in the world. Depending on the number of backers of each region, we will ship from different logistics centers or from a single one. In the latter case, shipping might be slightly delayed. Shipping will be charged after the campaign ends, on the pledge manager. In that pledge manager you will be able to add other 2tomatoes games to your pledge.

"Heiko was found on the doorstep a shaolin temple deep in the darkest Texas. At the age of five, by then versed in every way of fighting imaginable, he was sold to traveling gypsies, and introduced to the ancient art of the shadow. A few years later, after acquiring degrees in philosophy and criminalistics, he started to work as a vigilante in Shanghai, under the guise of managing a gallery for contemporary nihilistic arts. In 2010, he discontinued his promising career as No performer, and since then lives in Saarbrücken and works as a graphic designer."

Risks and challenges
The publication of a board game is a complicated process. It is prone to many mistakes and things can sometimes go wrong. However, 2Tomatoes has successfully run and delivered all of our crowdfunding projects (Kickstarter, Verkami), and this one will be no different.
Here are the steps we have taken in order to reduce the likelihood of mistakes and delays:
1 - We have done significant pre-production. This includes having all the materials for the game complete and the graphic art over 95% complete; the remaining 5% will be achieved during the campaign. We already have the production quote and an agreement with our manufacturer. We just need the funding to be able to start producing!
2 - We use fulfillment companies for shipping when we have a large number of orders to ship in a short period of time. New Corp Order will use fulfillment for at least international shipping, with ShipBob.
3 - We are fully committed to transparency and backer communication. We will be updating you on a regular basis and we will be present during the whole process to answer any questions and read every comment
