 This book could very well be a "game changer." This whole process is based on sustainability, transparency, and social media. I'm a guru who will utilize robust big data to ball park big figures. Moving forward, this seamless operation will integrate the cloud in new and innovative ways; online and offline. It is a new paradigm that synthesizes synergy and is "win-win" at the end of the day. I'm a pro-active thinker who exists outside of the box, and who drew a square circle. This book will really resonate with readers, monetize, and even hypnotize them. I have a deliverable product, and you should double down. The future proof will be in the pudding. I'm not putting "glass is half-full" beat around the bush talk here on the table; I'm talking big time, hit it out of the park, re-purpose Shakespeare to get some face time, bleeding edge, push the envelope, get on base and then touch base later. Do not skate to where the puck is, skate to where the puck will be and support me.  

In other words, I am publishing the Great American Novel with a novel concept in mind. Sure, I'm a little eccentric, but where does great art come from? My protagonist is a paradox. He is whimsical, impetuous, and unpredictable. He lives in a state that is neither North nor South. As a Byronic anti-hero, he is unlikable, but simultaneously heroic. I would dare to say that he is more evil than he is good. Read the first chapter of my book and decide if this is something you would like to see in print. There she blows!! 

Chapter 1 “Metagame”  

     I reached a particularly curious and yet simultaneously uninteresting node. That is to say that I had to decide whether to take the elevator or the stairs. I find that so much depends on the weather, whether-or-nots, and what-ifs. I remember thinking to myself that it made no difference. If this sentiment serves as a sort of catharsis, I am not sure. I don’t know why I am writing this now and cannot provide any form of justification. Inertia is my noose and Medusa, my muse. Sing to me, amuse me--he who is so uneasily amused--oh Medusa, my muse! As I stared at my own reflection in the metal elevator door, I saw only those sinister serpents and became paralyzed by a horrifying thought masquerading as an epiphany. Could it be that the majority of our decision making occurs devoid of any metacognitive activity? I decided not to make a decision. Five minutes past, at last, I collapsed on a rather comfortable leather sofa in the lobby to contemplate the myth of Sisyphus. 

     The Hotel Schlangenberg held promises of panoramic vistas of the Baltimore skyline. Maybe this was motivation enough. From what I had gathered, the olympic sized pool on the roof featured several diving boards, a high dive, a connected whirlpool that was encased in glass built directly into the ledge of the building, and several lap lanes. It was Baltimore’s own Marina Bay Sands on a much smaller scale. I spontaneously decided, approximately seventy minutes ago, that I would not go anywhere, go on vacation, and scale the highest publicly accessible summit in the city. Seventy minutes previous, I sat in front of Baltimore City hall in seventy degree fall weather with a group of older men who regularly gathered on the tables there to compete in chess. I had built up quite a reputation in that circle as one of the most ferocious, devious, and quick-witted opponents. Although I never competed professionally, I did extensive research on the game.

All extra funds will go towards this. My primary goal with this project is to get the book into print. The more money I raise, the more options I have for expansion. I would eventually like to make my creative work available to people with reading disabilities. 

My prose is like musical notes being played and would translate rather well to the spoken word.

Champions exercise mind and body. An audio book would give people the opportunity to read (via listening) while they exercise. I'm a very physically active person who enjoys listening to audio books during a run, or when I go to the gym. The opportunity to entertain other people who do the same really excites me.
