My name is Omar and I'm a 42-yr old actor/ comedian and 'serious hobby-cook' from Holland.
My dream is to have my own comedy cooking show and I'm almost there. I've invested my own funds in a spice line, website and merchandise, and now I'm just one step away from making my show a reality. I've already attracted thousands of Facebook followers and I'm 100% certain this endeavor will be a success.
The reason I believe it will be a success is because I am going to introduce a new style of cooking which people from every rung of the social ladder will be able to actually do themselves -without fancy kitchen equipment or great cooking skills - and afford.
This won't be 'just another cooking show'. I have a message to deliver and its about something that every single family needs to hear - because its all about food, meal preparation, variation and nutrition.
I am raising money for video equipment (camera, wireless mic, lighting, editing hardware) for my cooking show. The funds will be used strictly for the purchase of the aforementioned equipment.
I am grateful for all of you who have taken the time to read my Go Fund Me campaign. I can assure you, its not just cooking, but I have a social message, its educational and I will do shows in English, Dutch and a multitude of other 'surprise' dialects..

Regarding my project, there are no risks and challenges. I have set-up and well thought out show framework combined with a solid merchandising and marketing plan.
Once the project has been funding, its merely a question of assembling all the components of the show and launching it.
The only thing that can happen is that the spice line explodes and large retail grocery stores will make massive orders.
I am really excited to start and I have the creative, visual and technical support of a well seasoned TV and Film director in The Netherlands.
