Hi, already several times I have given my contact information and so far I do not receive the printer in my home. My backet number is 2,593 and I'm from Peru.
Ive provided my phone number three times, now four, along with the rest of my details. Why are you failing to respond or ship at all?
I also receive printer that did not work. When can I get replacement?

Hey, it's me again. Just wanted to follow up again real quick as you never responded to if you could send out a replacement for a unit that does not power on. I am tech savvy and have even been known to teach an IoT class or two so it's not like I'm unfamiliar with putting stuff like this together. Thanks! :)
Add me to the list of backers who have provided all requested information on more than one occasion and are still waiting for their printers. No responses to emails. Very frustrated. I would appreciate some information regarding when to expect my shipment.
@David Burren, thanks for sharing. Please consider this is a campaign with over 6000 units to manufacture and ship. So far there are only 230 people reported that product is not arrived yet.
If everyone provided phone number in the first place as soon as we announced it, there would not be this kind of issue.

Following was our issue - we wanted to ship product to each of you but there are batches of phone number asking, plus we have employee resigned. It was turning into a communication nightmare.
So, as we request, for the last time, all those who did not receive product, fill in your information for the LAST time. We won`t accept any late input any longer.

Your wording is a bit vague. I'd like to suggest a modification:
"... and we will send you the tracking code if your reward was sent, or send you the product immediately AND SEND YOU THE TRACKING CODE."
Like others this is the Nth time I've supplied this information at your request, using the communication channel you have chosen. At NO POINT have I had an acknowledgement of my communication.
You say this is the last time you will ask, which leaves me with the uneasy feeling that you still haven't received my information as you never respond. I appreciate you're very busy, but this is important for everybody.

What about printer like mine that does not work when it arrives? Carriages do not go all the way down, I suspect gears broken or missing in motors.

Blaming the backers because you've sent out a crappy product is not right. For those who haven't got their printer yet, you're just saving yourself a lot of frustration spent assembling an overpriced DOA POS paperweight

You guys are full of it. There is a reason that Kickstarter has a standard shipping survey. This is response number 3 and no printer. Just come clean and admit that you have bitten off more than you can chew in terms of logistics and quit screwing around with us. Just say it may be a week, maybe a month, maybe by Christmas, maybe when Keanu wins an Oscar, just quit asking for our info again and again and again!

I sent many emails to email@example.com and others, withe my name, number, email address and kickstarter username. All with now reply of any kind. I also keep filling in the google forms.
I appreciate you must be very busy, i just want to be reassured that my printer (i chose the developer one) is going to be sent as soon as is reasonably possible.
So this is the third time I have filled a form like this one out.
@101Hero Thank you for taking the time to reply to these comments. Can you just promise me one thing? A decent reply to my last email, within a few days? Not just one single line and not just "You will receive it in two weeks". Please read my email and reply to it properly.
I'm backer #72 and I still have nothing. I've given you my phonenumber many times, both through the form and through emails to Berwin. I've asked for a refund at least 3 times and everyt ime I was promised the printer would ship in a week, please don't make such promises anymore and just return the money.

For an example of a good entry level design, I would suggest looking at this campaign.
It might give you some ideas for your next project.
@Kelley Hendrix, thank you! we do design a new product. All the issues we investigated and it pointed to DIY...if we want to make a entry level 3d printer to make creation easier, we have to make it OUT-OF-THE-BOX.
Otherwise at least half of the consumer will have trouble to use and experience.

As I said before, I appreciate you guys and don't consider you a scam at all. I received from you more than I have from alot of the kickstarters I have backed. It looks great sitting on my desk as a paperweight. But that's the norm with kickstarter and you have been very open so if you had another product I was interested in, I would back you again. I wasn't claiming that you didn't test it, I just assume something went bad during it's trip from you location to mine. (* Probably Dropped A Few Times *) But I don't blame you guys for that. Was just curious if you had any plans to ship any replacements while you were getting the rest of the printers out. Thanks again for all you have done!

The printer I received looked great, it would just never power on.
@Kelley Hendrix, we tested every single piece before ship it out. This is a DIY product and requires attention to get it work. We have sent over 6000 out, how many people complaint? vs. those kept it working yet not sharing.
Just so I have a written acknowledgement, I have just left my phone number and postal details again.

@Wybe Buising, sorry for any inconvenience it brought. As we mentioned, we produced and shipped over 6000 products - it was a great achievement for a startup team like us though we cannot praise ourselves since there are still issues left - like what you have been with.
Can you please trust us the last time and fill the form as listed in the update? We will send you a tracking code for sure, either was sent, or will send.
In terms of the defect - we tested 100% of all the products. It is a DIY product and can be broken by inappropriate operation.

I have now provided my phone number MANY times. How will insure that you will actually send the printer now? How can you be taking pre-orders when you have not even fulfilled your original orders? You have NO business taking pre-orders until you fulfill your current obligations.
Just so that not only negative comments are posted: I received my 3D printer months ago, and am very happy with it. I wish you guys luck and speedy delivery of your printers! Maybe I was just lucky, but it needs to be said that there are positive things to be said about the 101hero and its creator-team.
I still do not understand why I need to give you my phone number. You have my address, I guess you should also have my email. I was never asked to give my phone number to get shipments in Germany (except for pizza delivery). Even when shipment had to go thru customs they didn't need my phone number.
I am not putting my number in a Google form, I also don't consider it to be crucial for delivery. If you wanted there you could reply to emails. If it is the last call for giving the numbers, you can either deliver the printer without it or refund me. I strongly prefer refund.
I've given you my phonenumber plenty of times but on average, I have to send 4 or 5 emails to you before you even take time to reply.
And if you eventually reply, it's a very short email: Usually one sentence that quite often doesn't even address my questions properly or even at all.
It's hard not to call you a scam when you've been promised to receive the 3D printer many times over the past half year. Every time you give me a date, you stop responding, the date passes and I have to send multiple emails, to multiple of your employees before eventually being promised once again that I'll receive my printer.
Of course I want a refund and I can imagine many people do. And what concerns me even more, is the people that have actually gotten defective units and get no reply either.
@Florian Wallburg, apologize if it concerns you. Since the product is oversized and we have the send it through courier, but courier requires phone number to ship.
We actually lost money because we have to ship through courier.
Hi, I filled the form out last time around and I'm not willing to send sensible data out again. Send the printer or refund me, it's as simple as that.
