Erik Ortega I have the same thing. Over the past month, I've been told 3 times that the package would ship that week. Afterwards, I get ignored for a while and after 3 e-mails, they take the time to reply again. It's been over a week since my package was supposed to be sent, again...
When did the reminder mail come out? It is not in the received mail around these two weeks.
And I'm replying to an email with a phone number and address after the investigation at Kickstarter. At that time, I was rejected from the mailer daemon for some reason, so I sent it from another send server at a later date. In the meantime, I am sending it with a direct message of Kickstarter.
But I still haven't received any reply. Of course, the reward is not received. I have been inquiring several times by some means, but what is the answer?
Why should I send privacy information to a particular email address? This information should have been able to be gathered in the Kickstarter survey. Especially for the address, it is included in the standard for Kickstarter survey items.

Hardly a scam if people have received printers. And working ones. Think logically. The campaign was a bigger hit then expected and they're overstretched...
I gave up in Dec. Feels like a scam, smells like a scam, I filled my backerkit out in October of last freaking year! Then Tom did his horrible video, and I'm kinda glad I don't have one just cluttering up my office desk! Can I get my 100$ back and just call myself lucky!

I sent you a message a while back to notify that my controller unit does not work. I guess not only the backers are not responding. Could you please be more communicative yourself? It is not going to help new kickstarts for you if you do not invest in customer service.
You only need to send a reminder email to a person without reply. Why are not you doing it?

I have mine but it doesn't work. You want to charge me shipping to replace the motor. I shouldn't have to pay to get my printer working.
Yeah which I responded within 10mins of receiving your reminder email that claimed you would ship out by express within a week. Guess how long that week has been now.
