Pry House project update

Hey Backers,

We're halfway through our campaign and just past halfway towards meeting our goal.  If just 43 people pledge $10 each in the next 16 days, we'll meet our match!  Please spread the word so this campaign succeeds!

We rehearsed yesterday at the Shepherdstown Train Station (photo attached of dancers Amy Hatzis, Mariel Procter, and Emily Tharp).  Pry House is in the midst of activities commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Antietam.  I'll be heading over there today to see the site in full action: living historians, soap making, the barn actually set up as a hospital.  When we are there rehearsing, the site is very quiet. I usually feel the remnants of what happened there in 1862, the residue, the dichotomy between a site that is so inherently beautiful and the horrors that it also contained.  If you're in the area, and don't mind detouring around and through Sharpsburg Heritage Days to get out to Pry House, check it out!

By the way, we will be having a man join the cast!  Welcome Sean Miller!

Thanks again for your support!
