Founder, Timothy Kavarnos, was born and raised in a small town in Connecticut. Timothy attended UCONN and began working in alternative education programs which took him to Rhode Island. It was there that his love for hot peppers truly began. In a small garden he grew sixteen different types of hot peppers. He would make fresh salsas, chili and even dry them for his own crushed pepper.
