The first night exploring the upstairs study in her grandfather's old house, Aria accidentally frees a flirtatious demon girl named Lyria, who spent the past 50 years in a stone. The two become attached via a "Lifestone", which means Aria can't go far from Lyria, and vice versa. This gets quite awkward when Aria tries to go about (what's left of) her daily life.
To complicate things, the book she and her friend Melody also found that night seems to have ancient magic. Melody offers to see if the book can separate the link, however it isn't exactly in English, and the demon girl isn't keen on helping. Lyria's smart-mouthed servant, Sid, soon shows up, apparently having been searching for his Master in the human realm. Aria begrudgingly agrees to let the duo stay in her home.
Will Aria get caught up in Lyria's flirtatious behavior… or wonder if she has an ulterior motive? Will she stay friends with Melody or become something more?
"Starlight Vega" is an interactive story-based fiction available on PC, Mac, and Linux. Six different endings are obtainable through your choices made throughout the game.
Aria Reid: The protagonist. She and her family just recently moved into her grandfathers creepy old house, which she isn't happy about.
Melody Rococo: Aria's best friend and classmate. She is very smart, but also rather shy, worrying about what others think of her. She gets a bit jealous of Lyria's flirtations and starts to notice her own feelings towards Aria.
Lyria: A demon who spent the past 50 years trapped in a stone. She is eccentric, flirtatious and somewhat of a mystery. The human world intrigues her and she can often act very childish. She rarely hesitates in terms of romance or voicing her dislike of things.
Scherza: Current Queen of the demon realm. She has a very icy personality and little like for humans.
Sid: Sid is a small Wyvern and Lyria's familiar. He takes a quick liking to Melody, who is a stark contrast to his master's brainless and hasty nature.
With myself being the lead artist and writer, a staggering amount of time has already gone into creating the game's story and artwork. I've worked hard in trying to make an exciting and interesting cast, as well as creating background and character artworks. With it nearing completion, I’d like to be given the chance to take the game to the next level.
My ultimate goal is to create a commercial quality game for all fans of visual novels and the GirlxGirl genre to enjoy. That means hiring a professional composer for the soundtrack and a beautiful interface being implemented by a talented programmer, who has worked on countless games.

Risks and challenges
I've put close to two years of work into the project, creating the majority of the art, design and story by myself. Unfortunately, some of the more complicated design choices that I had planned had to be cut due to this. Funding would allow me to put together a quality visual novel, easily accessible by anyone out there to enjoy.
I will complete this project, with or without the Kickstarter's aid, but my goal is to polish the game as great as I can before release.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
