I get it; you're not a fan of videos. You'd rather be reading. That's great because I'm trying to fund a book. So here's an explanation what I made and why you should support it.
With tooth and nail, with Gun and Blade I've come.
So begins the 8th battle Hymn, a biofeedback device Agent Joseph recites daily. As the newest recruit of the paramilitary cult CHEMO, Joseph has pledged his life to battle 'cancers of the body of mankind.' The group hunts everything from insane telekinetics to memetic pathogens to a Lovecraftian abomination budding in the deepest, blackest trench of the Pacific Ocean.
Through every mission, Joseph will rely on his conditioning, his growing ruthlessness and the support and guidance of the man who once saved his life: Master Agent Burke. But when his mentor is forcibly inducted into the all-as-one hive mind, Joseph -and the organization he reluctantly serves- will have to face their most dangerous enemy yet.
CHEMO: How I Learned to Kill by J.M. Perkins is a complete action horror novel in the tradition of Beowulf, the X-Files and Heavy Metal lyrics.

A Little More about the Project:
I’m looking to raise funds for the first printing of my novel CHEMO: How I Learned to Kill. CHEMO is completely written, has been professionally edited and the only thing I need money for is printing and shipping.
One of the things that makes CHEMO unique (besides the fact that it is awesome) is that it’s structured like a season of your favorite television show. Each chapter is an episode with every few episodes telling a story that feeds into the book’s overall plot.
CHEMO is more than a self-contained novel; it's the key to unlocking deeper story elements in the style of Alternate Reality Gaming. The novel contains secret messages that will be changed in other editions of the book, so now's your only chance to experience them. More importantly, owning a copy will allow you to locate and decipher additional story elements in encoded blogs, twitter feeds and other innocuous places. Codes may have already been hidden in related artwork (flash a message: like this, except I’m not going to make things quite so easy). If you’re curious about the basics of what I'm planning, here's some information about book ciphers.
Wait, you’re still not convinced? Ok, well here's some of the things real people have been saying about the Book.

Between The Dunesteef Audio Fiction Podcast and 19 Nocturne Blvd. I listened to two dramatic productions of chapters of this book. I'm very excited that I can now read the whole thing.
