At mroads, we built Paññã to solve market pain points. The manual recruitment process was becoming quite hectic and tiresome for our recruiters. Swifting through 100’s of resumes daily was a daunting task for them. The resume(s) did not tell the right story to our recruiter- mismatched skills, exaggerations and fake resume(s) lead to increased time and cost investment in acquiring skilled workforces. Our recruiters quickly realized that shortlisting based on “Keyword searches” posed a high probability of missing out on good candidates and hiring teams end up investing time interviewing undesired talent presented to them.

Our team has worked very hard over the years and put in our money close to $2million to build this product. Now we are in a situation that we have to look for the money to take this solution to the market. We are very unique in the market place, no other platform ( Skype, Hangout, Webex, Zoom or any other platform in the market on the planet has the features that we have and its patent pending. All those companies are $billion + in worth so we believe our solution has the same potential.
