We have a few things at work here...
First is Dimgaard. Dimgaard is a DnD campaign setting I first developed in 2nd edition. I wanted a setting that was closer to Dark Ages Europe - meaner, grittier, exploring themes from actual history like religious conflict, migrant problems, xenophobia, superstition, feudalism and emerging nationalism, the morality of slavery, etc. It also was a low magic alternative to the high fantasy settings available at the time. With 5th edition, I relaunched the campaign, and we are now at 13th level. These are the 12th level Dimgaard adventures I wrote and ran for my players. There are annotation (sidebars) that address various aspects of the games - rules interpretations that I implement, idiosyncrasies about 5th edition (like if you really want to remove a creature from play, the best way is to petrify it and toss it into a demiplane for eternity), modified creature statblocks, and themes within the Dimgaard campaign.
Second is the Drow Conspiracy. This is a campaign neutral series. It was envisioned as a campaign where the PCs would advance quickly (one level per episode). This campaign reached level 20, and the 19th, 20th, and 21st episodes are included (for 19th & 20th level PCs). I'm not sure if there will be additional episodes. My group finished with some unanswered questions which affect not just the drow in the Drow Empire, but through out the cosmos. So I expect to revisit this with additional story arcs in the future. Maybe a stretch goal is in order, here.
Finally, there are a couple of supplements. I have a set of templates for adding 4 levels of particular character classes to monsters and NPCs. 4 levels of Archfey warlock, Champion, Evoker, Oath of Ancients paladin, Trickery domain cleric, Valor bard. And a set of 6 tier 3 encounters (optimized for 12th levels PCs) that can be used as random encounters, foreshadowing of upcoming events, or address histories of specific PCs.
Here is a list of the adventures, the blurb for each, and a youtube where I ran it online.
