The purpose of this fast campaign is to print an original poster, cast a fleet of matching miniatures, and get them into your hands in time for holidays. Digital documents and supporting images will also be provided to fully detail this ship and its interior.
Shipping within the US is $5. International shipping is $15 for single items and $25 for multiple items. Rewards will be shipped using USPS first class mail from Pittsburgh, USA.
The centerpiece of the campaign is a 24x36 inch, two sided, full color poster featuring complete deckplans for the tramp freighter Exeter. The maps have a 1 inch grid built into the floor and are scaled at approximately 1 inch = 5 feet.
Exeter is a rugged, Durance-class cargo ship that supports a crew of 4 to 8. She comes with a shuttle as well as a wheeled buggy; is lightly armed for when things get rough, and carries a complement of escape pods as a last resort. With a spacious cargo bay and a 10-cabin passenger deck, this ship has something for everyone and room to grow.
The Exeter miniature was created as a digital model, 3D printed at the highest resolution, and made into a mold. From that, Trollforged Miniatures spun out the ships using their proprietary resin and professional techniques. The result is a highly detailed miniature ready to paint and play (miniatures are sold unpainted). A hexagonal 1-inch, clear acrylic flight stand is included.
Exeter first appeared in issue number six of Future Armada. She’s been updated and expanded for the soon-to-be-released next issue of Armada Codex. These documents contain room by room descriptions and specifications for the ship. Every pledge level can download both issues, plus Starfinder stats and digital images of the posters - perfect for use online or with a projector.
If you would like to order additional copies of the poster or miniature manually increase your pledge accordingly. When I send out the surveys at the end of the campaign you can specify what the extra money is for and I'll bundle everything together. Second Exeter miniatures are $6 and third Exeter posters are $17, or $30 for a second pair. For other ships and stations, posters are $20 and miniatures are $9. Just pay shipping once: $5 for US, $15 for international orders with just miniatures - $25 otherwise. I know that's a bit complex - please send me a message if you have any questions.
If you would like to order merchandise from my previous campaigns, please visit my website ( 0-hr.com ). You can order directly there, or check the prices and then increase your pledge here and let me know the details in the survey at the end of the campaign.
As a thank you to everyone for supporting this campaign, I will create a new rendered image of Exeter or a similar Durance-class ship when we hit $3000, $4000, etc.. These images will be included with the digital reward files exclusively for backers.
Risks and challenges
I've run several successful campaigns just like this one so I am very familiar with the process. The map images, digital documents, and several miniatures are already made; so the only real risk is that the printing process or shipping could be delayed for some reason. I am personally handling the shipping so I can insure that it will be my highest priority once things are ready. It's also possible, though not likely, that my current stockpile of miniatures could be exhausted. In that case, I will need to make more. Again the delay, if any, would be minimal.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
