Kickstarter has built a lean, tight-knit team of amazing engineers who value learning, feedback, and collaboration. We’re looking for a VP of Engineering to lead the team through Kickstarter’s continuing growth.

Our ideal candidate is experienced with recruiting, and will build out and maintain a pipeline that includes engineers from all different backgrounds, skill level, and experience. We value a diverse and inclusive culture, and we’re dedicated to cultivating a welcoming and comfortable experience on the engineering team and across Kickstarter.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit are a must. It will be your role to ensure engineers are empowered to accomplish large technical projects that will help build a better product overall, while simultaneously making progress on shared product priorities across the organization.
