Our ideal candidate is a natural leader: proactive, energetic, driven, and inspiring. We’re especially interested in candidates who have a proven track record of success, developing inspiring and functional products for web, mobile, and native platforms.

You should have:

  • At least 5 years of product development experience

  • Skills in various quantitative and qualitative ways to unearth product opportunities and validate ideas (AB testing, prototyping, MVPs, etc.)

  • Ability to hit the ground running with a strong POV on a variety of product domains

  • Exceptional ability to story-tell, presenting work and ideas and synthesizing findings and next steps

  • Strong experience developing product process, reporting and measurement

  • Excellent sense of empathy for end-users and stakeholders with stellar verbal communication, writing, and people skills

  • Scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit towards problem-solving and organization

  • A deep interest in the Kickstarter mission to help creative people around the world bring their projects to life, and the product opportunities and challenges that come along with it

  • Bonus points: management or mentorship experience
