HUG is a short film in which I explore one of the most common human acts of intimacy and affection. Without a single piece of dialogue, the film pushes for physical body language and facial expression in order to communicate various emotions embedded in the specific relationship as well as individual characters.
I'm finishing the post-production for this inspiring short film and I plan to submit it to festivals so that as many people as possible can witness the power of a hug and perhaps apply it to their own reality.
The submission fees are pretty high for a college student filmmaker who funds his own projects, so I would love to receive any support in order to achieve my goals of getting accepted into a second tier film festival!
