The Short

A unique experiment in silent horror, It features a combination of stop motion puppets, traditional 2D animation, and blue screen to achieve its look. It took two years to create from inception to completion and was made completely out-of-pocket, with many helping hands present along the way. Film Festivals

Now I need your help to bring this film to a wider audience. Film festivals generally have an entry cost of $40 or more and I am looking for support to overcome this financial hurdle. Getting the film to festival would be a huge accomplishment for me and the film's crew who want nothing more than to have our film play before a live audience.

I am looking at a mix of film festivals to increase its chances of being screened. With my current fundraising goal of $500 I am planning to apply to the following:

• AniMazing Spotlight Animated Shorts Festival
• Chicago United Film Festival
• Screamfest Horror Film Festival
• Savannah Film Festival
• Slamdance Film Festival

Should we surpass the fundraising goal, I'll be adding more festivals to the list!

About Me

After graduating CalArts's Experimental Animation program, I joined Titmouse Inc., an independent animation studio in Hollywood. I started as a cleanup artist on Superjail! (Season 2) and have since animated for that show and Brad Neely's China IL. I do a weekly webcomic, Pizza Day Comics, with my boyfriend Jacob Strick (who was also the Producer and Composer for The Plague Bearers).
